With more than sixteenn years experience living and working in Vallarta, Discovery Vallarta has one of the largest selections of gay-friendly condo and villa vacation rentals in town. DV offers you some of the best values in Puerto Vallarta because I live here and deal directly with many of the owners.  Discovery Vallarta has a particularly wide selection of condominiums, from nicely decorated and moderately priced studios and one bedrooms to two and three bedroom luxury beachfront Puerto Vallarta condos and penthouses fit for a king.  Most of DV's condos are located in the gay-friendly South Side of Puerto Vallarta, which is also where most of the gay establishments are located. So it is easy to walk to the gay beach and gay bars, the pleasant shops and cafes and the more than thirty fine restaurants and eateries in this incredible area. The majority of DV's condos are located on Vallarta's lovely principal beach, Playa de Los Muertos. Most of these condominium buildings have beachfront restaurants on the premises. Three of these restaurants are among Puerto Vallarta's most famous and popular.

Note: Unless otherwise noted, air conditioning in condos is generally in the bedrooms only; the PM building is one exception where all units have a/c in the bedroom/s and the living area as well. All rates are quoted in US dollars. It's helpful when you inquire to include the Reference Number. Three bedroom condos are for six (6) persons max, two bedroom condos for four (4) guests max, one bedroom and studio condos are for two (2) persons max, unless otherwise noted.

Rates: Rates are quoted in US dollars per night. Quoted rates usually include taxes and maid service. Maid and staff tips are NOT included, so please be generous to the staff as I am sure that you will receive good to excellent service.

Terms of Payment: Condo rentals are payable by cashier check or an official bank check (bank money order), no personal or business checks or credit cards. To confirm your reservation, the 50% non-refundable deposit needs to arrive within five to seven (5-7) days. The final payment is generally due 35-40 days before arrival. Some condos require a refundable security deposit. If you reserve at less than 40-50 days before arrival, then a full payment is due at the time of reservation. Accommodations are subject to availability and any prices on this website are subject to change without notice until actual confirmation.

Arrival Information: Please note that in the deposit instruction and confirmation letters, we ask that you eventually send us your airline name, flight numbers and the arrival and departure times. This is for our records and so that I and the condo staff will know when to expect you and can check airline info in case of an unpected delay. Advise us as soon as possible of any change in your itinerary or flight/arrival plans. It is also helpful for me to have a home, work, or cellular phone number in the event I need to contact you regarding the reservation.

Olas Altas/Los  Muertos beach area		ALM-6	This new luxurious 3, 4 or 5 bedroom penthouse condo with 4 and 1/2 bath is situated in a newly renovated 7 unit building and is located just a block away from Los Muertos Beach and a block and half away from the Blue Chairs gay beach area. Features: Five bedrooms with 3 king beds (normally arranged as 1 king in master and 4 singles, but singles can be joined), 1 queen and 1 matrimonial; fully air conditioned, fully equipped kitchen, purified bottled water, cable TV, Vonage with unlimited calls to US and Canada, CD and DVD players, beach towels, washer and dryer and 2 safes. Los Muertos Beach		VS-1	Three bedroom ocean front penthouse condo on Los Muertos beach, three baths, cable television, air conditioning, private telephone, 24 hour security, daily maid service, a personal cook who will prepare two meals a day (food cost separate), small private pool and sun deck, nicely furnished, large dining and living area built in the hacienda open style. This unique 5,000 sq. ft. property is exquisitely furnished with Mexican fine art and features dramatic views of the Bay from every room and terrace. Three bedrooms have king size beds; the fourth is a private office with high beamed ceiling and queen sleeper sofa bed. Features heated infinity pool, water purification system, five baths, jacuzzi in master suite, professionally equipped kitchen, several large patio and sitting areas, phone, fax, internet, CD player and satellite TV.
