PB-72 - Los Muertos Beach condo -  Charming seventh floor Puerto Vallarta penthouse condominium on the south end of Los Muertos beach behind the Puerto Vallarta gay beach at the Blue and Green chairs. Three bedrooms with two kings and two twins (can be made into a king), three full en-suite baths each with shower and tub, cable television, telephone, CD and DVD players, fully equipped kitchen, DSL/wireless internet, air conditioning in the three bedrooms, a washer/dryer. Recently redecorated - very nice, with two balconies, one off the living room and the other off the master bedroom, both with fantastic views of Banderas Bay. Two of the three bedrooms have ocean views. A staircase leads up to a private wading pool (unheated) and rooftop terrace exclusively for use by the clients. There is also a small loft space with double bed, usually suitable only for children; extra charge. Condo with approximately 2,200 square feet. Smoking outside only please. Maid service Monday and Thursday in this vacation rental. Six (6) guests maximum allowed overnight in this Puerto Vallarta condo.

Note: If you plan on bringing a laptop to tap into internet, it would be a good idea to bring an Ethernet cable (CAT 5), to hook your PC into the modem. There is a cable in the condo unit, but we cannot guarantee that it will still be there when you arrive. There is also wireless internet.

Condo building includes an elevator, a large common area heated swimming pool and terrace on the ground level, 24 hour front reception desk and security. Located just a short walk to the main South Side area and so is close to many fine dining spots, stores and the vibrant Puerto Vallarta gay nightlife of clubs, lounges and cantinas. Note please the proximity of this condo building next door to the Puerto Vallarta beach-front Blue Chairs gay hotel which offers rooftop entertainment in the evenings until approximately 10pm-11pm daily.

Condo rates: Winter: January 6-April 16, $400 per night; Shoulder: April 17-June 11 and October 16-December 17 (except Thanksgiving), $360 per night; Summer: June 12-October 15, $320 per night. Holidays: November 20-28 and December 18-January 5 (Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years weeks), $475 per night. Five (5) night minimum rental except holidays at seven nights minimum. Shorter stays possible but based on availability; sometimes available as a 2 bedroom condo depending on availability during Shoulder and Summer months. Rates are subject to change without notice until reservation is confirmed.
