Recently redecorated - very nice, with two balconies, one off the living room and the other off the master bedroom, both with fantastic views of Banderas Bay. Two of the three bedrooms have ocean views. A staircase leads up to a private wading pool and rooftop terrace exclusively for use by the clients. Maid service Mon and Thurs

Building includes an elevator, a large common area swimming pool and terrace on the ground level, 24 hour front desk and security. Located just a few minutes walk to the main South Side area and so is close to many fine restaurants, bars and the vibrant nightlife.

Note: If you plan on bringing a laptop to tap into internet, it would be a good idea to bring an ethernet cable (CAT 5), to hook your PC into the modem. There is a cable in the unit, but we cannot guarantee that it will still be there when you arrive.

Winter: Jan 4-Apr 15, $395 per night; Shoulder: Apr 16-Jun 15 and Oct 15-Dec 15 (except Thanksgiving), $360 per night; Summer: Jun 16-Oct 14, $320 per night. Holidays: Nov 20-27 and Dec 16-Jan 3 (Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years weeks) $475 per night. Five (5) night min. Shorter stays possible but based on availability.
