Each of the nine bedrooms has cable TV, CD player clock radio, ceiling fans, a/c, private bath and maid service; six bedrooms have balconies. There is a large open living room with DVD player, stereo, cable TV, wireless internet and a house computer for guests, and an open dining room and kitchen area. The courtyard contains a patio garden and a heated swimming pool that is clothing optional, and the rooftop sun deck terrace with its jacuzzi has a nice views of Puerto Vallarta and Banderas Bay. This is a spacious and warmly decorated B&B gay lodging with lots of lovely plants and is a very good value. The host is known for his geniality and helpfulness. Men only. Located a few blocks up from the Puerto Vallarta downtown malecon and near the cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe. Full breakfast served buffet style. Its popular Blue Sunset rooftop restaurant and bar has near-daily entertainment in the evenings. Rooftop restaurant and bar open daily, 3pm-11pm. Hotel accepts VISA and MasterCard.

There is a heated pool and popular pool-side bar which features indoor seating area and a large jacuzzi and steam room in the backyard patio area. The hotel is located one block from Los Muertos beach and a short walk to the gay nightclubs and the main South Side restaurants and shops. This Puerto Vallarta gay hotel has cultivated its reputation as a party place. Men only.

A traditional Mexican style building on the Zona Romantica hillside, La Terraza Inn is located just one block up from Los Muertos beach and the Blue and Green chairs of the Puerto Vallarta gay beach. Within walking distance to many fine PV restaurants and the best in gay nightlife. Consisting of 10 cabana style rooms, many with their own private patio, a/c and some with ocean views. The inn is nicely landscaped with beautiful native vegetation and includes free wireless internet.
 

9.  Bugambilia Blanca  -  Gay Owned Apartments/Gay Friendly Condominiums  -  South Side
Once a gay B&B lodging known for its attentive service, the owner has converted the the Bugambilia Blanca building into a gay friendly resort accommodation offering one 3-bedroom and two 2-bedroom apartments. The three units have stylish furnishings and all beds have orthopedic mattresses. Each of the three levels has its own private terrace area with seating, some ocean views. Conveniently located a few blocks up from the Puerto Vallarta los Muertos beach and the Blue Chairs gay beach, and a short walk down to the Zona Romantica/South Side gay bars, shopping and fine restaurants and relaxing cafes. Maid service three times per week except for holidays; off street parking is available. Mixed gay and straight clientele. Usually a minimum of seven nights rental in January and February. Arco Iris is now closed, alas, as Thom and Ran have moved on but the website and photos are still available; old description: Was in a new location. The Arco Iris bed and breakfast had three rooms available for your stay, all with private bath, air conditioning and terraces with views of the ocean and mountains. The Papaya Room is two levels higher and has a large sitting area to enjoy the view, in addition to having satellite TV. Accommodations include daily maid service; full Tropical Breakfast Mon through Sat; eight person jacuzzi; free long distance phone service and WiFi broad band internet as well as laptop workstation for internet access. 11.  Casa Benito  -  Gay B&B  -  South Side
Three bedroom B&B run by Boana Torre Malibu and your host Benoit Gagnon. The house is on three levels, with three bedrooms, each with a king size bed and private bath; there's a rooftop terrace with private dipping pool. Price includes daily Continental Breakfast, 8am-noon. Rooms #1 and #2 have a/c available for an additional charge of $10 per day.
