MDA-3  Los Muertos beach Condos - Each of these three bedroom, three bath condos with over 3,000 square feet of living space are special, with a view of Banderas Bay and the Cuale river. Brand new constructions, new furnishings and more. On-site amenities include BBQ, stereo, gourmet kitchen, walk in closets, flat screen TV, air conditioning, terrace with views. Generally, two king beds and a queen. Below the general features of MDA units are outlined, but exact features vary from condo to condo as each unit is individually owned; please check the Details page for further descriptive information on each condominium.

General features: Marble tile 60 x 30 cms. throughout the unit, wall window sliding doors and matching windows, European style cabinets, doors and closet build outs, fan and coil air conditioning equipment with separated temperature controls with contain dehumidification, direct telephone line outlets in kitchen and bedrooms, controlled access lobbies at each elevator, Otis elevator access to units, security guard gates for vehicle entrance and exit, covered parking inside the secured garage, Infinity community swimming pool, lounge areas in pool area with sun terraces and palapa style decks, built-in BBQ, contemporary Mexican style terraces, halls and tropical gardens, generous closets and storage space. All units, except for the penthouses, will be three bedroom (some are optional 2 bedroom and a den/bedroom) and three bathrooms, ocean and city lights views, tropical lounging areas, direct gated access to the public beach and Malecon, security controlled ingress and egress, cable television hook-up in bedrooms, family room, and living room (wired), lush endemic landscaping and gardens, direct and indirect lighting according to design (low-voltage ceiling lamps), central air to master closets where possible.

Kitchen features: Oven and stove, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, refrigerator with built-in ice maker, marble floors and granite counter tops, six-burner gas range with General Electric oven or similar, granite countertops, stainless steel sink, Italian style kitchen faucet or similar (Helvex), center island with bar seating area, Italian style laminated kitchen with shelves and cabinets, reverse osmosis filtration under sink.

Bathroom features: Granite bathroom countertops, European style bathroom faucets and shower heads (Helvex), white ceramic sinks and toilets, American standard or similar, shower with tempered glass doors, Jacuzzi bathtub or similar in master bath, natural light and fresh air ventilation. Maid service. Maximum of six (6) guests. Seven night minimum.
 

MDA-31 - Entire fourth floor oceanfront on the beach offering 3,678 square feet of living area with 130 linear feet of wrap-around, ocean-front veranda. Three private bedrooms with private bathrooms have 180 degree ocean views and the ultra-spacious living area has 260 degree, panoramic views of beach, ocean, river and town. Three bedrooms have 2 king beds and 2 queen beds total, so the condo can accommodate up to six to eight (6-8) guests. Full amenities.

MDA-56 - Luxuriously appointed fifth floor 3 bedroom & 3 bath with approximately 3,100 square feet of custom paint colors and professionally designed interior. Three bedrooms, each with private bath, have one king bed and 2 queen beds total, plus 2 extra pullout twin beds, so the condo can accommodate up to six to eight (6-8) guests; vonage telephone, stereo system that includes iPod or MP3 player hook-ups, laundry.

MDA-62 -  Finely furnished 3,180 square foot luxury three bedroom Puerto Vallarta condominium occupies part of the second tower on the 6th floor in the newest condominium on Los Muertos beach, approximately 175 feet from the ocean. Property equipped with 1 king size bed and ensuite bath with jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom, 1 queen size bed with ensuite bath in the guest bedroom, and a queen murphy bed in the third bedroom. MDA-PH7 - Experience the ultimate in luxury when you stay at this 2 level 4,515 square foot Puerto Vallarta penthouse condominium. Private heated rooftop jacuzzi, state of the art stereo sound system throughout the entire condo and spectacular views of PV await you. High end furnishings and artwork grace this luxurious 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath penthouse. Maid service six days per week and can include breakfast preparation. Winter: Nov 1-Dec 19 and Jan 4-Apr 30, $695 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $490 per night; Holidays: $890 per night.

Condo rates are variable but usually: High Season, $495-700 per night; Low Season, $395-570; Holidays extra, approx. $595-1050 per night. Some condos add a $150 non-refundable administrative fee to rental amount. Taxes included. There is a $500 refundable security deposit on most units, except for the Puerto Vallarta penthouse condos which have a $1,000.00 refundable security deposit.

Along with payment terms of 50% due to hold your booking. Depending on the condo the balance/final payment usually due at 35-40 days prior to arrival. Holidays often require 60-90 days before arrival final payment. 50% penalty any bookings with deposits. 100% full penalty within final payment deadline. We suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect you in the unlikely event of cancellation for a covered event. In the event our office rents the property again for the exact dates and price of your trip, you may be able to  receive a full refund, less $500 cancellation fee.
