Puerto Vallarta Gay Friendly Condo/Apartment Complex - South Side
 

Thirty-nine units in this 47 unit ten story condo/apartment building are gay managed. Most one bedroom units have a double bed in the bedroom and are approximately 700 sq. ft. with balcony, kitchenette, air conditioning, two bathrooms and a living room with a double bed. There is a large swimming pool on the ground level. Bay view from nearly all units, with the full Banderas Bay seen from middle and upper levels. Most units are basic accommodations, and are simply furnished, but all units with new linens, towels and pillows.  The -01 corner units on each floor are larger, and there are king beds in the these units, (except for the 601 with two double beds), and in unit 605, and those on the 8th floor. Cable televisions in units on the 2-9 floors. Many units from 4th floor up have a CD player and VCR/DVD, as well as a microwave. The building has an elevator; concierge service for cruises and tours; maid service three times a week. English, Spanish and French are spoken by the office staff.

All units have air conditioning (most in bedroom and some in bedroom and living area), double sofa bed in living room (except 902), two bathrooms (except 001, 002, 802, 803, 804 and 901), and kitchens with toaster, coffee pot, pots & pans, flatware and setting for 4 persons. Units 104, 105, 303, 502, 503, and 504 were recently completely remodeled; 605 and 804 were redecorated.

Located one block up on the hillside behind the Blue and Green chairs of the gay beach on Los Muertos beach. A short, quiet walk at to all the great South Side nightlife, shopping and restaurants. Mostly gay clientele. Check in at 4pm, check out at noon.

Payment: For five (5) nights or more, 50% deposit by wire transfer or by cashier or official bank money order sent via FedEx, UPS or DHL, and then remainder paid upon arrival as cash or traveler's checks. The management has a Paypal account and payment can be done in that manner. Balance paid in full upon arrival date as cash or travelers checks only. Does not accept credit cards except via Paypal. Full payment due at the time of reservation for four (4) nights or less.
 

Prices below in US dollars (add 18% tax to all quoted prices) and are for the following time frames:

High season: Thanksgiving Nov 23-30, 2009, Jan 5-Apr 4, 2010 and Easter Apr 5-12, 2010; Value Season: Apr 12-Nov 22, 2009; Value season II: Dec 1-21, 2009; Holiday Season: Dec 22, 2009-Jan 4, 2010. Note: Please add 17% tax to these quoted rates. Rates are for 1-2 persons.

A.  Units 001, 002, 003.  Street view units 001 and 002; pool level unit 003. High season, $85 per night; Value season, $45; Value season II, $55; Holiday season, $115 per night.
B.  Units 005, 403, 604.  High season, $100 per night; Value season, $50 per night; Value season II, $60 per night; Holiday season, $130.
C.  Units 102, 103, 104, 105, 401.  Bay view depends on unit. The -01 corner units are larger. High season, $105; Value season, $55; Value season II, $65; Holiday season, $135.
D.  Units 101, 304, 402, 505, 601, 602, 605.  View, all with cable TV, CD and microwave. High season, $115; Value season $60; Value season II $70; Holiday, $145.
E.  Units  201, 202, 203, 204, 302, 303, 405, 804.  Wide bay view, all with cable TV, CD, microwave; one bath in 8th floor units.  High season, $120; Value season, $65; Value season II, $75; Holidays, $155.
F.  Units 501, 502, 503, 504, 603, 703, 803.  Nice Bay view, all units with cable TV.  High season, $130; Value season, $75; Value season II, $85; Holidays, $170.
G.  Units 802, penthouse 901.  Superb bay and beach view, units with king and double beds, cable TV, CD, microwave, 2 a/c units.  High season, $150; Value season $85; Value season II $95; Holiday, $190.
H.  Unit 801.  Superb bay and beach view, unit with king and double beds, cable TV, CD, microwave, 2 a/c units. High season, $170; Value season $90; Value season II $100; Holiday, $210.
I.  Units 701, 705, penthouse 902.  Wide bay view; 701 and 705 are two bedroom units; 902 is extra large unit.  High season, $180; Value season, $100; Value season II, $110; Holiday, $210.
 

Rates and Taxes:
Room rates above are in US dollars per night, for 1-2 people. Add 17% tax to prices quoted above. All prices subject to change without notice.

Additional persons:
Room charge includes one or two persons. Extra people are $10-30 per person, plus tax, depending on season. For additional persons in High season, Value season II and Thanksgiving week add $15 per person per night plus 17% tax. Add $30 per person per night plus 17% tax for Christmas, New Years and Easter weeks. Add $10 per person per night plus 17% tax during value season Apr 1-Nov 22, 2008.

Deposits:
A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation, cashier check or official bank money order only, to be sent by FedEx, UPS or DHL (no personal check or postal money order). The management has a Paypal account and an account in Mexico and Canada for direct deposit or wire transfer (add $10 fee). Balance paid in full upon arrival date as cash or travelers checks only.

Minimum stay requirements:
Five night min: Thanksgiving week.
Seven night min: Christmas and New Years week.
Five night min: Easter week.

Cancellation Penalties:
60 days (or more) notice: One night
30-59 days notice: Three nights
0-29 days notice: Full deposit

New Years and Easter Holiday there is no refund of deposits and payments. Monthly stays are not refundable. Rates subject to change without prior notice.
