This Vallarta vacation rental has three bedrooms with king, pillow-top beds, 3 baths (large whirlpool tub in master bath), central air with separate controls in each room, full kitchen (service for 8), separate wet bar area with refrigerator and bar ware, 4 flat screen LCD televisions, cable TV, CD/DVD player, high speed wireless internet, free long distance (US/Canada) Vonage telephone service, 3 I-pod docking stations, electronic safes in each bedroom, BBQ grill, large wrap around deck, complete laundry room. Free assigned parking, 24 hour security. Maid service three times per week. Condo includes amenities such as beach towels, hair dryers, etc. Small pets discussible. Refundable security deposit of $500.00 due with final payment. Sleeps up to six (6) guests.

Note: As with most Molino de Agua units, there is a $500 refundable security deposit due with the final payment which is held for clients in case of damages and sent back within a 7-10 days of departure. A 50% deposit is due within 5-6 days to hold your booking. Final payment/balance due at 35-45 days before arrival, except for holidays when due at 60-70 days before arrival.
