Puerto Vallarta Condos - Beach Front Condo Building Ref. PM
 

Condominium building PM is located on popular Los Muertos beach within a short walking distance of the South Side's many fine restaurants, stores and lively nightlife. One of the South Side's newer condominium buildings with 33 units, it is probably the quietest of the beach front buildings. These one and two bedroom condominiums are fully air conditioned. The building features reception desk, 24 hour security, elevator, common area rooftop dipping pool and sundeck terrace, high speed wireless computers in the lobby, common area laundry room with two washers and dryers, and a BBQ grill on the rooftop for use by guests. Maid service is three times per week. There are a number of palapa-covered beach front restaurants within a stone's throw of this popular condominium. Note: These condo units normally rent only Saturday to Saturday during the winter high season from November until the end of April.

This building is a short stroll to all South Side restaurants and shopping and quite close to gay clubs and bars as Mañana, Club Paco Paco, Apaches and Los Amigos. Clicking on the reference number will take you to a page with more photos of that condominium.

Rates vary from condo to condo, but here is the general pricing for one bedroom ocean-front units: $170 per night Nov 15-April 30; $150 per night Nov 1-15; $115 per night May 1-Oct 31; $200 per night Christmas and New Years weeks.

PM-22  Second floor ocean front condo. One bedroom with king bed, private bath, equipped kitchen with microwave, blender and toaster, balcony with partial beach/ocean view, cable TV with VCR and a radio/stereo tape player, fully air conditioned. The condo was decorated by a local artist and includes full wall mirrors in the living room as well as attractive murals painted on the walls in the living and entry areas. It has light colored tile throughout that projects a bright, spacious, warm setting.
 

PM-23   Second floor ocean-front condo. Two bedrooms, the master with a queen bed and the back bedroom with two singles, two baths, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living and dining rooms, double balcony with partial ocean view, cable TV, stereo with CD player.
 

PM-32  Third floor ocean-front condo.  One bedroom with king bed, one bath, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, cable television with VCR, ocean front terrace with bay and beach view, fully air conditioned.
 

PM-33  Third floor ocean-front condo.  Two bedrooms, master with king bed opening on to the balcony overlooking the beach, other with two double beds, two baths, living and dining area, , nicely decorated, fully equipped kitchen, satellite television, stereo/CD player, fully air conditioned, balcony with a nice beach and bay view, ceiling fans, safe for valuables.
 

PM-36  Third floor ocean-side condo.  One bedroom recently remodeled with queen bed, hideaway bed couch, three ceiling fans, fully equipped kitchen, cable television, stereo with CD player, nicely decorated, balcony with pleasant mountain, city and partial ocean view.
 
 

PM-42  Fourth floor ocean-front condominium.  One bedroom with king bed, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, cable television, CD player, ceiling fans, air conditioning in bedroom and living room. Full ocean view from balcony off the living area, 79 sq. meters.
 

PM-51  Fifth floor ocean-front condominium.  Extra large one bedroom with king bed and sitting area, ceramic tile bath and shower, walk in closets, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, DVD and VCR players, cable television, stereo CD/cassette player, ocean front terrace with full Bay and beach view. Approx. 1000 square feet very nicely decorated.
