The balcony terrace has splendid views of Puerto Vallarta, mountains and Banderas Bay. This fourth floor penthouse condo has one bedroom that is large with a king bed, the other smaller bedroom has a double bed in it, only master bedroom with air conditioning. Approximately 1,300 square feet. Four (4) guests maximum.

Amenities include: King and double bed in bedrooms with a/c, two baths, cable TV, a fully equipped kitchen with cook-top stove, microwave, toaster, blender, toaster oven, coffee maker, and bottled water, CD and DVD players, ceiling fans, alarm clock, iron and ironing board, washer and dryer. Building of 12 units with common area dipping pool (unheated), parking and security gate. Maid service twice per week. No pets, kids allowed. A non-smoking condo. 

Excellent location is another of the fine features of this well-priced condo. Two blocks up from Olas Altas street for easy access to the charm and energy of the Romantic Zone. Short stroll to excellent South Side restaurants, sidewalk cafes, stores, lively Puerto Vallarta gay nightlife and the gay beach at the Blue chairs. Stroll along the beach and cross the new pedestrian bridge to the Puerto Vallarta malecon boardwalk, the historic Cathedral of Guadalupe and downtown. (Note: There is a $300-400 refundable security deposit with this condominium, or else upon check-in the client is required to sign a Damage Deposit form and provide a copy of their credit card. The damage deposit is in the amount of $300-400 USD. Should any damages occur your credit card will be charged for the total amount of the damages.)
