Puerto Vallarta Condos - Beach Front Condo Building Ref. PB
 

PB is another popular condominium building in Puerto Vallarta, with a total of 24 condo units on six levels. The condos are two or three bedrooms and all are beach front. The condo building is located almost directly behind the Blue and Green Chairs of the gay beach, and so is a short walk to all South Side gay bars, restaurants and shopping. Amenities include elevator, reception desk, air conditioning, ceiling fans, fully equipped kitchen, cable television, local telephone service in some units, 24 hour security, a nice sized ground level pool and sun deck terrace with views of Los Muertos Beach. Maid service is three days a week.  A popular condo building for its location right by the gay beach.

Two bedroom condos are for four (4) guests maximum, three bedroom units for six (6) persons. This one does not have its own beach front restaurant; pool and beach palapas and chairs only for the use of registered guests. Following check-in all guests will be provided with a Security Armband that must be attached at the reception desk and worn at all times during their stay at Playa Bonita.

PB-21   Second floor ocean-front 1,200 sq. ft. two bedroom. Two king beds (back bedroom can be made into two singles), two baths. Accommodation includes a second TV in the ocean front master bedroom; and the second bedroom, also with en suite bath, has a private entrance. Fully equipped granite topped kitchen with microwave, toaster, blender and coffee maker, nicely furnished, cable television in living room, internet DSL, DVD, CD player, washer and dryer, a/c in bedrooms, balcony with pleasant beach and bay view. Non smoking.
 

PB-42   Fourth floor ocean-front. Two king beds (or two twins in the back bedroom if need be), private baths, fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, full sound system, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, a/c in bedrooms, living and dining area opening onto balcony with beautiful beach and full bay view. The apartment has been recently totally redecorated and the master bathroom has been completely remodeled with a tiled walk-in shower. The kitchen is excellently equipped with all appliances and a dishwasher. Over 1,200 sq. ft.
 

PB-43  Fourth floor ocean-front.  King bed and two twins, two private baths, fully equipped kitchen, two cable televisions one in the living area and the other in the master bedroom, VCR, DVD, mini-split air conditioning, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, living and dining area opening onto balcony with beautiful beach and bay view. Recently fully remodeled and re-furnished with marble and granite tiling and upscale decor, so it has a modern look. Two-three guests max. For older/more mature/quieter couples/guys only. No extra overnight guests. $150.00 refundable security deposit.
 

PB-44   Fourth floor ocean front/corner. Beautifully upgraded. King bed in the ocean-front master and a queen in the back bedroom, two full baths, fully equipped kitchen with with microwave, toaster, coffe maker, blender and dishwasher, cable TV in living room and master bedroom, DVD player, washer and dryer, ceiling fans, air conditioning in bedrooms, iron and ironing board, ample wrap around balcony with pleasant spacious beach and bay view, very nicely appointed with marble and granite tiling in kitchen and baths, so the unit has a modern look. Approximately 1200 sq. ft.
 

PB-71  Seventh floor penthouse condo - Recently remodeled, with three air conditioned bedrooms each with king bed, two baths, cable TV, DVD and CD player, telephone, fully equipped modern kitchen with microwave, toaster, blender and coffee maker, purified water system, and a washer and dryer. A balcony off the living and dining area gives fantastic views of Banderas Bay. Spiral staircase leads up to a private dipping pool and rooftop sun deck terrace exclusively for use by the clients. The maid, providing service 6 days a week, can also cook breakfast for the guests if they wish. Guests buy the groceries.
 

PB-72  Seventh floor penthouse condo - Charming three bedroom condominium with two kings and two twins, three full baths each with shower and tub, cable television, telephone, stereo with CD player, VCR, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in the three bedrooms, and washer/dryer. Recently redecorated - nice, with two balconies, one off the living room and the other off the master bedroom, both with fantastic views of Banderas Bay.  Two of the three bedrooms have ocean views. A staircase leads up to a private wading pool and rooftop terrace exclusively for use by the clients. A popular choice.
