Puerto Vallarta Two and Three Bedroom Condos - Beachfront Condo Building Ref. PB
 

PB is another popular condominium building in Puerto Vallarta, with a total of 24 vacation rental condos on six levels. The condos are two or three bedrooms and all are beach-front. The condo building is located almost directly behind the Blue Chairs and Green Chairs of the gay beach. Amenities include elevator, reception desk, a/c in bedrooms only, ceiling fans, fully equipped kitchen, cable television, local telephone service, some units with internet connection, 24 hour security, and a nice sized common area heated pool and sundeck terrace with views of Los Muertos beach. Maid service is generally two (2) days a week, additional service for extra.

This condominium building is located just a short walk or taxi to the main South Side area fine restaurants, shopping and exciting gay nightlife of Puerto Vallarta bars, lounges and clubs. Popular condos for their location right by the Puerto Vallarta gay beach. Please note the proximity to the ocean-front Blue Chairs gay hotel next door which offers rooftop entertainment in the evenings until approximately 10pm-11pm.

Two bedroom condos are for four (4) guests maximum, three bedroom units for six (6) persons. This condominium building does not have its own beachfront restaurant; PB pool and their beach palapas and chairs are only for use by registered guests. Following check-in all guests will be provided with a security wristband that must be worn at all times during their stay or else a PB condo photo identification card which must be in the guest's possession. The two bedroom vacation rental condos generally run around $215-$280 per night during the winter season, depending on the unit, and generally around $100-$140 per night during the summer months. No nudity or sexual activity is allowed in any of the public common areas of the PB condo building or on the beach concession area of the condominium. Guests could be asked by the administration to leave the Playa Bonita condos if an infraction of this nature occurs.

PB-13  First floor ocean-front -  1,200 sq. ft. two bedroom condo. Two king beds and a pull out sofa bed, with two baths. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, blender and coffee maker, nicely furnished, cable television in living room, CD player, washer and dryer, a/c in bedrooms, ceiling fans, balcony with terrace/pool and some partial bay view. Non-smoking condo.
 

PB-21 Second floor beachfront - Two bedroom with 1,200 square feet. Two king beds (back bedroom can be made into two singles), two baths. Accommodation includes a second TV in the ocean front master bedroom; and the second bedroom, also with en suite bath, has a private entrance. Fully equipped granite topped kitchen with microwave, toaster, blender and coffee maker, nicely furnished, cable television in living room, internet DSL, DVD, CD player, washer and dryer, a/c in bedrooms, balcony with pleasant beach and bay view. Smoking only outside. PB-23  Second floor beach-front - Two king beds (one king can be split into two twins if desired), two baths, fully equipped kitchen, nicely furnished and recently remodeled, cable television, CD/cassette player, DVD, washer and dryer, air conditioning in bedrooms, balcony with pleasant beach and bay view. Condo amenities include dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, alarm clock, hair dryer, and purified water system. A comfortable and excellent vacation rental choice. Prefers Sat to Sat during the "high season" winter months. Non-smoking condominium. PB-24  Second floor ocean front/corner -  Two king beds each with private bath, fully equipped kitchen, purified water system, cable TV in living room, DVD and CD players, washer and dryer, ceiling fans, air conditioning in bedrooms, iron and ironing board, and a wrap around balcony with pleasant beach and bay view. Recently completely and professionally renovated so it's quite nicely furnished. Cable internet service provided with Ethernet connection as well as local phone service. Approximately 1,200 sq. ft.
 

PB-31  Third floor ocean-front -  Two bedroom condominium with a queen and king bed (back bedroom king can be made into two singles), each with bath. Fully equipped granite topped kitchen with microwave, toaster, blender and coffee maker and a purified water system, nicely furnished, cable TV in living room, internet DSL and wireless, DVD and CD players, washer and dryer, a/c in bedrooms, safe in unit, balcony with pleasant Puerto Vallarta beach and bay view. Approx. 1,200 square feet. This vacation rental requires a $500 security deposit. The apartment has been recently totally redecorated and the master bathroom has been completely remodeled with a tiled walk-in shower. The kitchen is excellently equipped with all appliances and a dishwasher. Prefers Sat to Sat during winter months.
