Puerto Vallarta Condos - Beach Front Condo Building Ref. PDS
 

PDS is the newest condominium complex on Los Muertos Beach, with three buildings. The largest building is ocean front, with seven stories and 31 ocean front units. The condos are one and two bedrooms.

The condo building is located in the same block as the Blue and Green Chairs of the gay beach, and so is a short walk to all South Side shops, fine restaurants and the vibrant nightlife. Amenities include elevator, reception desk, air conditioning, ceiling fans, fully equipped kitchen, cable television with VCR, telephone, 24 hour security and a large ocean front dipping pool and sundeck terrace with beach views. Maid service twice a week, generally scheduled around client arrival, approx. $15 for additional service each extra day. This condominium building has a small beachfront palapa-covered bar and restaurant. There are also beach chairs and palapas on the beach for the use by PDS guests.

Two Bedroom Luxury Penthouse  -  Luxurious seventh floor two bedroom, two and a half baths, 2,700 square foot penthouse condo with lovely views of Banderas Bay. The bedrooms each have king bed and private bath; one king may be made into two singles. The very nicely appointed unit has a spacious living and dining area, high ceilings, cable TV, DVD, VCR, hot tub, telephone, overhead fans and air conditioning. The modern and fully equipped kitchen includes coffee maker, microwave, blender, dishwasher, purified water system and a washer and dryer. One Bedroom Condos  -  One bedroom with a queen bed and full-sized hide-a-bed couch in the living room allows accommodations for up to four persons. Most balconies with beautiful beach and bay view. One bath, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, blender and toaster, washer/dryer, cable television with VCR, air conditioning, ceiling fans, telephone.  Around 680 sq. ft.
 

Two Bedroom Condos -  Two bedroom, the master bedroom with a queen (Junior two bedroom with 1,130 sq. ft) or king bed (Master 2 bedroom condos with 1647 sq. ft. and wrap around balcony) and the back bedroom with two twins, and a full-sized hide-a-bed couch in the living room allows accommodations for up to six persons.  Most balconies with beautiful beach and bay view.  Two baths, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, blender and toaster, washer/dryer, cable television with VCR, air conditioning, ceiling fans, telephone.

PDS-67  -  Six floor ocean-side junior suite condo. Two bedrooms, the master with a queen (see photo below) and the back bedroom with two twin beds, two private baths, full sized sofa bed in the living room, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, blender and toaster, cable television, air conditioning, ceiling fans, telephone and the balcony with partial ocean view. The junior suite two bedrooms with approx. 1,130 square feet total.
