PDS is one of the newest condominium complex on Los Muertos Beach, with three buildings. The largest building is oceanfront, Tower A, with seven stories and 31 beachfront condo units. All condos are one and two bedrooms. Tower B is ocean-side with partial beach views and Tower C is located along Amapas street, no ocean view.

Condo amenities: include elevator, reception desk, air conditioning, ceiling fans, fully equipped kitchen, cable television with VCR, 24 hour security and a large ocean front heated dipping pool and sundeck terrace with beach views. Maid service twice a week (approximately $15-17 for additional service if requested). This condominium building has a small and popular palapa-covered beachfront bar and restaurant. There are also beach chairs and palapas on the beach for the use by Playa del Sol/Blue Seas guests.

The condo building is located in the same block as the Blue and Green Chairs of the Puerto Vallarta gay beach, and so is a short walk to all South Side shops, fine restaurants and the vibrant gay Puerto Vallarta nightlife with its variety of bars, clubs, lounges and fun cantinas.

Two Bedroom Luxury Penthouse - Luxurious seventh floor 2 bedroom, two and a half baths, 2,700 square foot penthouse condo with lovely views of Banderas Bay. Two Bedroom Condos - Two bedroom, the master bedroom with a queen (Junior two bedroom with 1,130 sq. ft) or king bed (Master 2 bedroom condos with 1647 sq. ft. and wrap around balcony) and the back bedroom with two twins, and a full-sized hide-a-bed couch in the living room allows accommodations for up to six persons.  Most balconies with beautiful beach and bay view.  Two baths, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, blender and toaster, washer/dryer, cable television with VCR, air conditioning, ceiling fans, telephone.
