Two bedrooms, both with ocean views, a/c and private baths, master with a king bed and the other with a double and two single beds, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster oven, blender and coffee maker, CD/cassette player, big screen cable TV, VCR/DVD players, ceiling fans, and the living and dining area opening onto a wrap around balcony with very nice views of the beach, town and bay.

Condo building includes two elevators, 24 hour reception/security, a pleasant beach-front restaurant and a common area heated rooftop pool and large sun deck terrace with spectacular views of Puerto Vallarta, Banderas Bay and the Sierra Madre mountains. Unlimited wireless internet available for 200 pesos flat fee. A common area laundry is available in the building. Just a few blocks of popular dining spots and cafes, shopping, and the lively Puerto Vallarta gay nightlife on the South Side and just over the Cuale River into downtown. Short 7-10 minute walk to the Blue chairs gay beach. Saturday to Saturday rentals preferred. Maximum four (4) persons.
