Puerto Vallarta Condos Beachfront - Popular Condo Building - Ref. ED
 

ED is one of the most sought after condo buildings in Puerto Vallarta, with a total of 22 units. The El Dorado condos are one, two or three bedroom units and all are beach front. The condo building is a short walk to all South Side bars, restaurants and shopping and two blocks, a short two minute stroll, to the Blue and Green chairs of the gay beach. The building has an elevator, security gate and reception desk, with telephone service in all units. A dipping pool (heated from Nov 1-May 1) and sundeck terrace with terrific views of the Bay and beach is available for use by all clients. On the beach is the palapa-roofed El Dorado restaurant which has been one of Puerto Vallarta's favorites for well over forty years. Maid service in the condos is six days a week; there is no service Sundays and national holidays.

Two bedroom condos are for four (4) guests maximum; one bedroom condos are for two (2) guests max; the three bedroom condo is for six (6) persons, and all units have air conditioning in the bedroom/s only. All condominiums are non-smoking but smoking is allowed on balconies. No pets are allowed.

Note: All accomodations are subject to availability and prices on this website are subject to change without notice until the reservation is confirmed. Condos ED-13, ED-22, ED-41, ED-51 and ED-53 are all non-smoking, including the balconies. ED-42 is non-smoking inside but smoking ok outside on small balcony. All public areas of the building are now non smoking with the exception of the pool area and the lower deck. No cigars or pipes are allowed in any public area.

Rates: Rates noted on the website or quoted to the client are in US dollars per night. Quoted rates usually include taxes and maid service. Maid service tips are not included, so please be generous to the staff as I am sure that you will receive good service.

One of the more tastefully decorated condos I've seen in Vallarta with quite a lovely collection of Mexican handcrafts and artifacts. $200 refundable security deposit.  Winter: Nov-May, $225 per night; Holidays: Christmas, New Year, Thanksgiving and Easter weeks, $250 per night

ED-12   First floor ocean-front condo - Simply furnished one bedroom with king bed, bath with jacuzzi tub, cable television, CD-mp3 player, fully equipped kitchen, DVD player, a/c in bedroom, living and dining area opening onto a balcony with partial ocean view (the building's pool terrace is in front of this condo's balcony). Approximately 900 square feet. May 1-Oct 31, $88 per night; Nov 1-Dec 29, $127 per night; Dec 20-Jan 3, $164 per night; Jan 4-Apr 30, $127 per night

ED-13  First floor ocean-front condo. Two bedrooms, master with king bed, the other with king and a twin and private bath, a/c in bedrooms, two cable televisions, high speed DSL internet, stereo/CD player, fully equipped kitchen, hair dryer and iron, breakfast bar, DVD player, purified drinking water, nice living and dining area opening onto balcony with ocean view. Approx 1300 sq. feet. Non-smoking but smoking allowed on balcony. ED-22   Second floor beach-front condo. One bedroom with king bed and large 29" cable television, bath with jacuzzi tub, CD stereo, overhead fans, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen. Living room with french type windows that open with nice ocean view (no full balcony). Non-smokers only please. Final payment due two months (60 days) prior to arrival; security deposit.

ED-24   Second floor ocean front condo. Two bedrooms, master with king bed and large closet space, the other with two queens.  Two baths, very nicely decorated with wood table and wood furnishings, air conditioning, cable television, fully equipped kitchen, ceiling fans, living and dining area, radio and cassette player, balcony with ocean view.

ED-41   Fourth floor ocean-front two bedroom condo. Two bedrooms with king bed and two doubles, two baths, cable television, CD player, overhead ceiling fans, wired for high speed DSL and also has awireless modem, DVD player, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in bedrooms, purified drinking water, telephone,balcony with lovely ocean and beach view of all Banderas Bay. A larger unit, approximately 1,200 square feet. A non-smoking unit. Winter: Nov 16-Apr 15, $230 per night; Summer: Apr 16-Nov 15, $165 per night; Holidays: Saturday before Christmas to Sat after New year, $265 per night.

ED-42   Fourth floor ocean front condo. One bedroom with king bed, bathroom with marble walls and jacuzzi and a shower with a view of the Bay, cable TV, stereo with CD player, A/C, living room with French doors opening onto small balcony with lovely ocean view, fully equipped kitchen. Recently totally remodeled with Mexican travertine tile for the bathroom and the floors and a view of the water from the king size bed. One of the nicer and most popular condos on Los Muertos beach.  Winter: Nov 22-Apr 5, $182 per night except holidays; Mid-season: Apr 6-May 6 and Oct 25-Nov 21, $133 per night; Summer: May 7-Oct 24, $81.00 per night; Holidays: Christmas and New years week, $230 per night

ED-51   Fifth floor ocean-front penthouse condo. Two bedrooms, master with king bed and other bedroom with two twins and its own small balcony with ocean and city views. High beamed ceilings with a cupola (dome) in the dining room, cable television, stereo/CD player, fully equipped kitchen with mountain view, main balcony with lovely panoramic bay and beach views, ample living and dining room area. Over 1,300 square feet for relaxation and comfort. All rooms professionally decorated in modern Mexican styles with charming personal accents throughout.  Winter: Nov 16-Apr 15, $230 per night; Summer: Apr 16-Nov 15, $165 per night; Holidays: Sat before Christmas to Sat after New Year, $265 per night.

ED-53   Fifth floor beach-front penthouse condo. Three bedrooms, with king bed, queen and two twins, three baths, high beamed ceilings with 2 cupolas (domes), stereo/CD player, fully air conditioned, cable TV, fully equipped kitchen. Large main balcony with lovely panoramic bay and beach views, ample living and dining room area. Master bedroom is ocean front. Approximately 1,900 sq. ft. Max. of 6 persons. ED-63   Second floor oceanfront condo. Two bedrooms, master with king bed and the other with two doubles, the master opening onto balcony, two baths, large closet space, air conditioning in bedrooms, cable television in both bedrooms and living room, CD/cassette player, fully equipped and recently remodeled kitchen and breakfast bar, ceiling fans, newly painted living and dining area, balcony with very partial ocean view.

Terms of Payment: Condo rentals are payable by cashier check, official bank money order, wire transfer, or via Paypal (you can use your own Paypal account or pay by your credit card, plus an additional 3% surcharge needs to be added). To confirm your reservation, the 50% deposit has to arrive within four-six (4-6) days. The final payment is generally due at 35-40 days before arrival; at 60-65 days before arrival for holidays. Price includes taxes, but does not include your personal tips for maid service and staff. If you reserve at less than 40-50 days before arrival then full payment is due at the time of reservation.
