ALM-6  Olas Altas condo - This new luxurious three, four or five bedroom and four and half bath penthouse condominium situated in the recently renovated 7-unit El Almendro building is located in Puerto Vallarta's most charming and desired area the South Side or Zona Romantica. This Puerto Vallarta condo is a unique vacation home in the area. Its location and upscale furnishing put this holiday rental in a category of its own. This stylish vacation accommodation is conveniently located just a block away from Los Muertos beach and two blocks away from the popular Blue chairs gay beach. Within just a few minutes walk you can also find yourself at the center of the best dining and the exciting Puerto Vallarta gay nightlife in town. An array of art galleries, shopping and the famous downtown Malecon boardwalk are also within fairly easy walking distance. A bi-lingual friendly manager is available for any questions you may have.

Condo features: Five bedrooms with 3 king beds (normally arranged as 1 king in master and 4 singles, but singles can be joined), 1 queen and 1 matrimonial; fully air conditioned, fully equipped kitchen with cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, blender and purified bottled water, cable TV, telephone and Vonage with unlimited calls to US and Canada, CD and DVD players, iron and ironing board, beach towels, washer and dryer and 2 safes. Also available to clients is a computer, laser printer, fax machine and high speed wireless internet. Maid service twice a week, extra service approx. 400 pesos. No smoking; no pets allowed; children ok. Approximately 60 stairs up to this luxurious condominium of about 2,800 square feet. Sleeps up to eight-ten (8-10) guests maximum, two guests per bedroom maximum.

May be rented as a 3, 4 or 5 bedroom condo. A 50% deposit is required within four-six (4-6) business days from the date the reservation is made. There is a $250.00 refundable security deposit due with the final payment which I hold for my clients in case of damages and send back within a week or so of departure.

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, 3/4/5 bedrooms: $300/$400/$500 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, 3/4/5 bedrooms: $250/$350/$400 per night; Thanksgiving week: $600 per night; Christmas and New Years weeks, Dec 20-Jan 3, $700 per night.
