One bedroom with king bed (new semi-firm mattress and box springs), bathroom with marble walls and jacuzzi and a shower with a view of the Bay, cable/satellite television, stereo with CD player, overhead fans, a/c in bedroom, living room with French doors opening onto small balcony with lovely ocean view, kitchen equipped with coffee maker and microwave. Recently totally remodeled with Mexican travertine tile for the bathroom and the floors, onyx wall scones, parota wood cabinets & doors, and a view of the water from the king size bed. Smoking not allowed inside the condo, smoking ok outside on the narrow two foot wide balcony. No pets.

Condominium building with common area heated dipping pool and sun deck terrace with brilliant ocean views, security gate and reception desk, elevator, English speaking staff available during the day and early evening, popular beach front restaurant. Daily maid service except for Sunday. Short stroll to South Side bars, restaurants, shopping and the Puerto Vallarta Blue Chairs gay beach area. Two (2) people max. There are no refunds on deposits, unless the time is sold to someone else.

Winter: Nov 22-Apr 5, $182 per night except holidays; Mid-season: Apr 6-May 6 and Oct 25-Nov 21, $133 per night; Summer: May 7-Oct 24, $81.00 per night; Holidays: Christmas and New years week, $230 per night.
