One bedroom with king bed (new semi-firm mattress and box springs), bathroom with marble walls and jacuzzi and a shower with a view of the Bay, cable/satellite television, stereo with CD player, overhead fans, a/c in bedroom, living room with French doors opening onto small balcony with lovely ocean view, kitchen equipped with coffee maker, blender, toaster over and microwave. Recently totally remodeled with Mexican travertine tile for the bathroom and the floors, onyx wall scones, parota wood cabinets & doors. Smoking not allowed inside the condo. No children, pets not allowed. Two (2) people maximum. There are no refunds on the condo deposit/payments, unless the time is sold to someone else. Wifi with computer for your use in common area of the El Dorado condo complex. DSL connection in the condo itself.

Condominium building with common area heated dipping pool and sun deck terrace with brilliant ocean views, a security gate and reception desk, elevator, English speaking staff available during the day and early evening, and the popular El Dorado beachfront restaurant. Maid service except for Sunday and holidays.

Condo rates: Winter: Dec 15-Apr 5, $182 per night, except holidays; Mid-season: Apr 5-May 6 and Oct 25-Dec 14, $135 per night; Summer: May 6-Oct 24, $76 per night; Thanksgiving weekend: $162 per night; Holidays: Christmas and New years week, $230 per night. There are no refunds on deposits unless time is booked with someone else.
