PB-51  Los Muertos beach Condo - Fifth floor ocean-front 1,200 sq. ft. two bedroom, two bath condo on the south end of Los Muertos beach right behind the gay beach. King bed in the master and guest bedroom, unit sleeps up to four (4) people. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and blender, satellite television, CD player, air conditioning in bedrooms, washer/dryer, telephone, ceiling fans, living and dining area opening onto balcony with beautiful beach and bay view. Note: The internet is cable high speed, cable modem is at the desk in the living room with cable wire included. Recently improvements with new refrigerator, bedspreads, pillows, bedding, lamp shades and a water filter and some new tiling. Maid service Monday and Thursday in this condo unit. Smoking outside only on the veranda terrace. No pets, no children allowed.

Condominium building with a large heated dipping pool and sundeck terrace, 24 hour reception desk and security, and an elevator. Registered guests must wear the wrist band or carry the photo ID which is part of the condo regulations. Short walk to South Side bars, restaurants and lively nightlife. The PB condo building is next door to a lively gay hotel which has music and rooftop entertainment in the evening until usually no later then 10pm-11pm.

        

The Playa Bonita condos are located a short walk to the main South Side-Zona Romantica area for easy access to the relaxed charm of the area with its pleasant sidewalk cafes, fun people watching and the lively gay Puerto Vallarta nightlife of bars, clubs, lounges and cantinas. You can take a pleasant stroll along Los Muertos beach and cross the new pedestrian bridge to the the Malecon boardwalk, the historic church of Our Lady of Guadalupe, Los Arcos amphitheater and other downtown Puerto Vallarta tourism attractions.

Condo prices: Winter: Nov 1-Dec 19 and Jan 4-Apr 30, $190 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $132 per night; Holiday weeks: Dec 20-Jan 3, $261 per night. Please note: In this condo vacation rental, the final payment for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years is due at 10 weeks before arrival; for February rentals, final payment is due at sixty-sixty five (60-65) days before arrival; all other days, final payment at 35-40 days before arrival.
