PB-24  Los Muertos beach Condo - Second floor ocean front/corner two bedroom condo near the southern end of Los Muertos beach and behind the Puerto Vallarta gay beach of the Blue and Green chairs. Two king beds each with private bath, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender and coffee maker, purified water system, cable TV in living room, DVD and CD players, washer and dryer, ceiling fans, air conditioning in bedrooms, iron and ironing board, and a large wrap around balcony with pleasant beach and bay view. Recently completely and professionally renovated so it's quite nicely furnished. Cable internet service provided with Ethernet connection as well as local phone service. Approximately 1200 square feet. Maid service usually Wednesday and Saturday but extra service available at additional cost.

Condominium building with a large heated common area pool and sundeck terrace, 24 hour reception desk and security, elevator. Registered guests must wear the wrist band or carry the photo ID which is part of the condo regulations. The PB condo building is next door to a gay hotel which has music and rooftop entertainment at night until around 10pm-11pm. Owner prefers a more mature clientele, no big party crowd. Usually requires a 2 week minimum rental, though is flexible at times. Refundable $150 security deposit is required.

The Playa Bonita condos are located just a short walk to the main South Side area for easy access to the lovely charm of the Romantic Zone with its unique stores and boutiques, sidewalk cafes, fun people watching and the lively Puerto Vallarta gay nightlife of bars, cantinas and clubs. Stroll along Los Muertos beach and cross the pedestrian bridge to the the downtown Malecon, the historic Cathedral of Guadalupe and other Puerto Vallarta tourist attractions. 

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 16-Dec 25 and Jan 2-Apri 15, $180 per night; Summer: Apr 16-Nov 15, $100 per night; Holidays: Dec 26-Jan 1, $325 per night. (Rates as of September 2011 and are subject to change without notice until confirmed)
