PB-31  Los Muertos beach Condo - Third floor ocean-front two bedroom condominium near the southern end of Los Muertos beach. A queen and king bed (back bedroom king can be made into two singles), each with bath. Fully equipped granite topped kitchen with microwave, toaster, blender and coffee maker and a purified water system, nicely furnished, cable television in master bedroom, internet DSL and wireless, DVD and CD players, washer and dryer, air conditioning in bedrooms, ceiling fans, safe in unit, balcony with very pleasant Los Muertos beach and Banderas bay views. The condominium has recently upgraded and added some new items, such as a brand new washer and dryer, new a/c unit and large flat screen TV in the master bedroom, new bedding and beach towels, and Vonage for free calls to the US and Canada. This upscale condo vacation rental requires a $300 refundable security deposit sent with the final payment, in case of damages, to be returned to the client within approximately seven-ten (7-10) days of departure.

Condominium building: with an elevator, large ground level heated pool and sundeck terrace, 24 hour private reception desk and security. All customers must wear the wrist band or carry the photo ID which is part of the condo regulations. The PB condo building is directly behind the gay beach and next door to a beachfront gay hotel which has music and rooftop entertainment at night until not later then 10pm-11pm.

            

The Playa Bonita condos are located just a short walk to the main South Side area for easy access to the relaxed charm of the Romantic Zone with its sidewalk cafes, boutiques, fun people watching and the lively Puerto Vallarta gay nightlife of clubs, lounges, cantinas and bars. Take a stroll along Los Muertos beach and cross the new pedestrian bridge to the the Malecon boardwalk, the historic Guadalupe cathedral and other Puerto Vallarta downtown tourist attractions and enjoyable activities.
