PB-13  Los Muertos beach Condo - First floor ocean-front 1,200 sq. ft. two bedroom condo near the southern end of Los Muertos beach and immediately behind the Blue Chairs. Accommodations include two king beds and a pull out sofa bed, with two baths. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, blender and coffee maker, nicely furnished, cable television in living room, CD player, washer and dryer, air conditioning in bedrooms, ceiling fans, balcony with terrace/pool and some partial bay view. Non-smoking condo, no pets; kids allowed. Could sleep up to six (6) guests. Maid service is Weds and Sat in this unit.

Condominium building with a large heated dipping pool and sundeck terrace, 24 hour reception desk and security, elevator. Registered guests must wear the wrist band or carry the photo ID which is part of the condo regulations. Short walk to South Side bars, restaurants and exciting Puerto Vallarta gay nightlife of clubs, lounges and bars. Note the PB condos are next door to the Blue Chairs hotel which usually has music and rooftop entertainment in the evening until approximately 10pm-11pm.

Rates: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, $207 per night, except holidays; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $138 per night; Holidays: Dec 20-Jan 3, $259 per night. (Rates are subject to change without notice and until confirmed)
