Approximately 1,200 square feet. Smoking allowed outside only. Kids ok; no pets.

Condo building with a large ocean front pool and sundeck terrace, reception desk, 24 hour security, elevator. Short stroll to South Side bars, restaurants and lively nightlife. Located right behind the Blue Chairs. Maid service twice a week, usually Monday and Thursday. Note: The PB condo building is next door to a gay hotel which has music and rooftop entertainment at night until around 10pm-11pm.

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, $215 per night, except holidays; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $140 per night; Holidays: Thanksgiving week Nov 20-27, Christmas and New Years weeks, $356 per night. (Rates are subject to change without notice and until confirmed)
