PB-33  Los Muertos beach Condo - Third floor ocean-front  two bedroom condo near the southern end of Los Muertos beach and right behind the gay beach. A king bed in the master bedroom, double and single bed in guest bedroom, each with bath. Fully equipped granite topped kitchen with microwave, toaster, blender and coffee maker and a purified water system, nicely furnished, cable television in living room, high speed internet DSL, washer and dryer, air conditioning in bedrooms, ceiling fans, balcony with pleasant beachfront and bay view. This unit requires a $500 refundable security deposit sent with the final payment, to be sent back within a 7 days of departure.

Condominium building with a large ground level pool and terrace, elevator, 24 hour private reception desk and security. All customers must wear the wrist band or carry the photo ID which is part of the condo Regulations. Short walk to South Side bars, restaurants and shopping. Approximately 1,200 sq. feet. No smoking; no pets; kids ok. Maximum four (4) guests. Maid service Tuesday and Friday in this condominium unit. Condo building is next door to a beachfront gay hotel which has music and rooftop entertainment at night until no later then 10-11pm.

Rates: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, $225 per night except holidays; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $125 per night; Holidays, Dec 20-Jan 3, $275 per night.
