Condo features: This nicely appointed condo has an ample wrap around balcony with pleasant spacious beach and bay view, and the unit has a modern look. Maid service is Monday and Thursday and renter is asked to pay a tip of 80 pesos per week/per person to the maid. Generally it's seven (7) nights minimum rental. Condominium approximately 1,275 square fee, has a washer-dryer, wireless internet and a purified water system. Non-smoking unit; pets are not allowed. Note: this condo is for sale and 24-hour notice will be given to clients for agents to enter and show the unit.

Condo building is next door to a beach-front gay hotel which has music and rooftop entertainment until no later then 10pm-11pm.
