King bed and three doubles, three baths, private master bedroom terrace, equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker and purified water system, cable television, wireless internet, Vonage (unlimited calls to the US and Canada), CD and DVD players, washer and dryer. Air conditioning in bedrooms, ceiling fans, living area opening onto balcony with beautiful beach and bay view. Approximately 150 square meters. Maid service Monday and Thursday in this vacation rental unit. This Puerto Vallarta condominium can sleep six to eight (6-8) registered guests.

            

Condo building includes 24 hour front reception desk and security, an elevator, a large common area heated swimming pool and terrace on the ground level. Located just a short walk to the main South Side area and so is a short walk or taxi to popular restaurants, shopping and the vibrant Puerto Vallarta gay nightlife of clubs, lounges and cantinas. No smoking; no children. Maid service Monday and Thursday in this vacation rental unit. Note: The PB condo building is next door to the Puerto Vallarta beach-front Blue Chairs gay hotel which offers rooftop entertainment in the evenings until approximately 10pm-11pm. This condominium apartment requires a $300 refundable security deposit sent with the final payment.    

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 1-Dec 19 and Jan 4-Apr 30, $370 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $260 per night; Holidays, Dec 20-Jan 3, $380 per night.
