Two king beds (or two twins in the back bedroom if need be), private baths, equipped kitchen, telephone, cable television, DVD and CD players, washer and dryer, ceiling fans, air conditioning in bedrooms, living and dining area opening onto balcony with beautiful beach and full bay view. The apartment has been recently redecorated and the master bathroom has been remodeled with a tiled walk-in shower. The kitchen is excellently equipped with all appliances (microwave, toaster, coffee maker) and a dishwasher. Approximately 1,200 sq. ft. 

Condo building with a large heated dipping pool and sundeck terrace, 24 hour reception desk and security, elevator. Registered guests must wear the wrist band or carry the photo ID which is part of the condo regulations. Short walk to South Side bars, restaurants and lively nightlife. Condo building is next door to a gay hotel which has music and rooftop entertainment at night until around 10-11pm.
