PB-23  Los Muertos beach Condo - Second floor ocean-front two bedroom Puerto Vallarta condominium. Two king beds (the king in guest bedroom can be split into two twins if desired), two baths, fully equipped kitchen, nicely furnished, cable television, CD player, internet DSL high speed, safe in the master bedroom, two new flat screen TVs with DVD, iPod station in living room, washer and dryer, air conditioning in bedrooms, ceiling fans, balcony with pleasant beach and Banderas bay view. Maid service generally Weds and Saturday; additional maid service for an extra charge possible.

Condo building with a large heated dipping pool and sundeck terrace, 24 hour reception desk and security, elevator. Registered guests must wear the wrist band or carry the photo ID which is part of the condo regulations. The PB condo building is located next door to a gay hotel which has music and rooftop entertainment at night until no later then 10pm-11pm.

Condo amenities include dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, alarm clock, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, purified water system. Non-smoking unit; pets not allowed. Prefers Saturday to Saturday during the winter season November to April. 

The Playa Bonita condos are located just a short walk to the main South Side area for easy access to the energetic charm of the Romantic Zone with its sidewalk cafes, boutiques, fun people watching and the lively gay Puerto Vallarta nightlife of cantinas, bars and high-powered clubs. Take a stroll along Los Muertos beach and cross the new pedestrian bridge to the the malecon boardwalk, the historic Cathedral of Guadalupe, Los Arcos amphitheater and other Puerto Vallarta downtown tourist attractions. 

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, $199 per night except holidays; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $125 per night; Holidays: Christmas and New years weeks, Dec 20-Jan 3, $259 per night. (Rates on website are subject to change without notice and until confirmed.)
