This luxurious penthouse condo has three master suites all equipped with king size bed, 400 thread count satin sheets and flat screen televisions with DVD players. The Green Room on the upper level features Blue Ray DVD player, ensuite bath with jacuzzi tub and 23" flat screen television in the spa-like bathroom, and balcony doors leading to your private balcony with heated jacuzzi and furnished lounge area. The downstairs master suite, the Blue Room, also features private balcony and ensuite bath with jacuzzi tub. The Purple Room features a private balcony and private ensuite bath with a walk in shower.

The condo's gourmet kitchen features everything one might need during their stay. Blender, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, purified water system and more are available for your use, including a complete dinner service for 12 persons. The living room also features a 52" flat screen TV and high tech stereo surround sound system, available throughout this luxury penthouse Puerto Vallarta condo. The main level balcony features an outdoor living area with spectacular views of Banderas Bay and Puerto Vallarta downtown and beyond. From this balcony you can also enjoy cooking your favorite meal on the BBQ gas grill while sipping your chilled margarita. Maid service is six (6) days per week (except Sunday and Mexican holidays), and included in her services is breakfast preparation made to your order if you wish.

Condo features: Three bedrooms, each with king bed and private bath, so the condo can accommodate up to six (6) guests, 3.5 baths, balcony with lovely beach, city, mountain and bay views, elevator, common area heated pool and sundeck terrace areas, fully furnished, jacuzzi in two bathrooms, equipped kitchen with dishwasher, disposal, cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, bottled water, washer and dryer, purified water system, ceiling fans throughout, cable TV, CD and DVD players, BBQ grill, telephone, Vonage (unlimited calls to the U.S. and Canada), internet wireless, air conditioning in all rooms, alarm clock, hair dryer, safe in condo, iron, linens, towels. Kids allowed, wheelchair access. Smoking outside only please; no pets.

The condominium complex offers an elevator to your door, parking, common area spacious heated infinity swimming pool and a gated entry. A riverside garden area and an elevated sandy beach with a large sunning area combine with easy walking access to all of Puerto Vallarta attractions including art-walks, restaurants, cathedral (Our Lady of Guadalupe church), Los Arcos amphitheater, the downtown malecon and more. The Los Muertos gay beach at the Blue and Green chairs is a short 9-11 minute stroll through the charming South Side.

Note: As with all MDA units, there is a $500 refundable security deposit due with the final payment which is held for clients in case of damages and sent back within a 7-10 days of departure. 50% deposit due within 5-6 days to hold your booking. Final payment/balance due at 35-40 days before arrival, except for holidays, due at 60-65 days before arrival. Prices are in US dollars, per night based on double occupancy, Mexican taxes included unless otherwise indicated. Rates are subject to change without notice. Client may want to consider the purchase of travel insurance to protect yourself in the unlikely event of cancellation or an unforeseen event.

Condo rates: Winter: November 1-December 19 and January 4-April 30, $695 per night, except holiday weeks; Summer: May 1-October 31, $490 per night; Holidays: Christmas and New Years weeks, December 20-January 3, $890 per night.
