MDA-110 -  Los Muertos Beach Condo - Welcome to the three bedroom, three bath Molino de Agua 110 located in the luxurious and upscale Residencias Molino de Agua on the world-famous Los Muertos beach, just a few steps from the Olas Altas street neighborhood, sometimes known as Vallarta's Old Town or Romantic Zone.

This well-furnished and tastefully decorated 3,300 square foot (308 square meters) luxury condominium is on the first floor (one level up from ground level) of the Molino de Agua Tower 10, approximately 350 feet from Banderas Bay. Terrace opens to full garden views along with partial views of the Bay, the Cuale river and the Sierra Madre mountains; therefore pleasant vistas while the evening comes to you would be awaiting.

This first floor luxury three bedroom, three bath Los Muertos ocean-side condo with a jacuzzi in the master bathroom has pretty much everything you might want on your holiday to tropical, laid back Vallarta, from king bed and flat screen television in every bedroom to wireless internet and full air conditioning. Pleasant but limited-partial bay, town and jungle views from the balcony which also offers a BBQ grill for whenever you don't feel like going to any of the nearby world-class restaurants or popular dining spots, of which there are dozens within a short stroll. Not to mention the nearby high-energy Vallarta gay nightlife of great clubs, lounges, Mexican cantinas and show bars.

Condominium amenities include: Balcony patio/deck, fully air conditioned, cable television, wireless internet, DVD players, several iPod stations, jacuzzi in the master bedroom bath, and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, coffee maker/coffee espresso machine, microwave, toaster, blender, purified water system. There's also washer and dryer in the laundry room, ceiling fans, local phone, linens and towels, Vonage with unlimited calls to USA and Canada, iron and ironing board, alarm clock, hair dryer, BBQ grill, safes in the condo unit, linens and towels, ceiling fans. Children are ok; smoking only outside the condo, please; pets are not allowed. This unit has only partial views of Banderas Bay. There are 24 steps or an elevator to get to the property. For this condo vacation rental, maid service is one (1) times per seven day rental, and additional cleaning may be available at an extra cost

The master bedroom features a king sized bed, ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi tub, ensuite closet, large balcony, sofa, a/c, flat screen TV with cable, DVD player, phone line, iPod docking station, alarm clock, safe and ceiling fan.

The guest bedroom offers king bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, closets, a/c, window, flat screen TV with cable, DVD player, Ipod docking, alarm clock, safe and ceiling fan. A second guest bedroom boasts king size bed, walk bathroom with shower, closet, air conditioning, window, flat screen TV with cable, DVD player, iPod docking station, alarm clock, safe and ceiling fan.

The Molino de Agua condo complex offers an elevator to your door, covered parking space, common area spacious and heated infinity swimming pool, 24 hour security personnel, a gated entry, and is handicapped and wheelchair accessible (there may be some limitations). A tropical garden area next to the Cuale river and an elevated sandy beach with a large sunning area, hammocks and palm trees combine with easy walking access to all of Puerto Vallarta attractions including one-of-a-kind stores, boutiques and cafes, art walks, the downtown malecon and more. The gay beach at the Blue and Green chairs on Los Muertos beach is a short 10-12 minute stroll through the charming Old Town of the South Side.

Note: The applicable 16% IVA taxes are not included in the rental rate noted below and have to be added to your total to complete your reservation once your dates are selected.

The maid service included is one (1) time per seven (7) day rental. In case you require additional services, there is a charge of approximately $500 Mexican pesos per day. Check in time for this property is at 3pm and check out time is at 11am. 

Note: As with many Molino de Agua vacation rental properties there is a $500 USD refundable security deposit due with the final payment, which I hold for my clients in case of breakage or damages, and send back within a 7-10 days of the client's departure.

An initial 50% deposit is due within five to six (5-6) days to hold your booking. The final payment or balance is due at 35-45 days before arrival, except for holiday rentals which is due at 65-70 days before arrival. You may wish to consider purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself in the unlikely event of cancellation of your vacation.

Condo rates: Winter I: Nov 15-Dec 19, $455 per night; Winter II: Jan 6-Apr 30, $535 per night; Summer: May 2-Sept 4, $370 per night; Autumn I: Sept 5-Oct 17, $345 per night; Spring and Autumn II: Apr 24-May 1 and Oct 18-Nov 14, $398 per night; Holidays: Christmas and New Years weeks, Dec 20-Jan 5, $730 per night. Important Note: The applicable 16% IVA taxes must be added to the rental price at the time of reservation. All prices are in US dollars per night based on double occupancy.
