Combining luxury with nature, the Condominium complex offers an elevator to your door; spacious infinity swimming pool and a gated entry. A riverside garden area, and an elevated sandy beach with sunning area combine with easy walking access to all of Puerto Vallarta’s attractions including art-walks, restaurants, cathedral (Guadalupe church), Los Arcos amphitheater, the Malecon and more. No pets, no children under 12 years.

            

Condo features: Bedrooms each with king bed and private bath; balcony with city, mountain and bay views, BBQ grill, elevator, common area heated pool, parking, fully furnished, jacuzzi in the master bathroom, dishwasher, disposal, cook-top, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, blender, bottled water, washer and dryer, purified water system, ceiling Fans, satellite TV, CD and DVD Player, telephone, Vonage (unlimited calls to the USA and Canada), internet DSL high speed, alarm clock, hair dryer, safe in unit, iron and ironing board, linens, towels. Smoking only outside. Sleeps up to six (6) guests maximum. Maid service two (2) times per seven (7) day rental. Approximately 3,180 square feet or 295 sq. meters. One parking space.

Note: This Molino de Agua 804 condo requires a $1,000 refundable security deposit due with the final payment, which I hold for my clients in case of damages or breakage and send back within a 7-10 days of departure. 

Along with payment terms of 50% due within 5-6 (five-six) days to hold your booking, final payment balance due at 60-65 days prior to arrival. A 50% penalty with any bookings with deposits. There is a 100% full penalty within final payment deadline. We suggest in purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself in the unlikely event of cancellation or medical emergency or illness. In the event our office rents the property again for the exact dates and price of your trip, you will receive full refund, less a $500 cancel fee.

Condo Rates: Winter: Nov 1-Dec 19 and Jan 4-Apr 30, $670 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $570 per night; Holidays: Dec 20-Jan 3, $1070 per night. As with many Molino units there is a seven (7) night minimum.
