MDA-PH6 - Los Muertos Beach Penthouse Condo - This stunning three bedroom, 3.5 bath ocean-side penthouse Puerto Vallarta condo one two levels has its master bedroom on the upper floor and two guests bedrooms on the main level, with approximately 3,400 square feet of living space. The Molino de Agua penthouse 6 is located right in the heart of the Puerto Vallarta Romantic zone facing the famed and lovely Banderas Bay (Flags Bay) and right along the side of the Cuale River as it flow into the sea.

With balconies from every bedroom and the living area, this luxurious, tropical condo vacation rental is a brand new construction with professional decor and furnishings. You can be among the first to enjoy barefoot luxury in South Side Puerto Vallarta, just steps to shopping, beaches, dining and nightlife! With magnificent views of the Bay of Banderas, the River Cuale, Sierra Madre Mountains and city lights, you may never want to leave.

Combining luxury with nature, Penthouse 6 offers an elevator right to your door, a private infinity jacuzzi/pool outside on the 2nd floor and adjacent to the master bedroom with its king bed with large bathroom featuring large whirlpool garden tub and a spacious walk-in closet. The second master bedroom on the main level features a king bed, bathroom with whirlpool tub, and its walk-in closet. Guest bedroom #3 has a king size bed as well and bath with shower. The main floor living area also has fourth bathroom/shower. This lovely gay-friendly condo sleeps up to six (6) registered guests. Generally, adults are preferred due to height of the condo.

Condo features: Three bedrooms each with king bed private bath, 3.5 baths, balconies with splendid tropical beach, city, bay and mountain views, fully furnished with fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, gas oven, ice maker, microwave oven, refrigerator, toaster, washer and dryer, a purified water system, DVD player, ceiling fans throughout, iPod docking station, flat screen cable televisions in living room and master bedroom, outdoor gas grill on terrace, safe in master bedroom, telephone with free unlimited local, Vonage for long distance phone calls to the U.S. and Canada, wireless internet, a/c in all rooms, linens, towels. Maid service two times per week except for Sundays and Mexican holidays. Bartenders, servers, cooks or chefs may be available for meals, but please inquire as to availability. Note: This is a non-smoking vacation rental.

The Molino condominium complex offers an elevator to your door, parking, a gated entry, and a common area with a large heated swimming pool and sundeck terrace with chaise lounges, wet bar area, beach chairs and table for the building guests. A riverside garden area and an elevated sandy beach with a large sunning area combine with easy walking access to all of Puerto Vallarta attractions including art galleries and the art-walk, restaurants, Our Lady of Guadalupe cathedral, Los Arcos amphitheater, the downtown malecon and more. The Puerto Vallarta gay beach at the Blue and Green chairs is a short 10-12 minute stroll through the charming South Side or along Los Muertos beach.

By special arrangement Penthouse 6 has been made available to select qualified guests. PH-6 is privately owned hence student groups, bachelor parties, packaging general public groups or the like are not accepted. Adults preferred. No pets are allowed. Review a copy of the Condominium Rental Agreement for the MDA-PH6 unit.

Note: This Molino penthouse condo holiday rental requires a $1,500 refundable security deposit due with the final payment which is held for clients in case of damages and sent back usually within a two-three (2-3) weeks of departure, OR else the client may purchase Security Deposit travel insurance for $69.00 USD which covers up to $3,000 in damages in case of accident - check details using the Condo Rental Agreement link noted. A 50% initial deposit is due within five to six (5-6) days to hold your booking. Final payment/balance due due at 65-70 days before arrival. Prices are in US dollars, per night based on double occupancy, taxes included. Rates are subject to change without notice until confirmation of your rental. Client may wish to consider taking out travel insurance to protect yourself in the unlikely event of a cancellation or an unforeseen event.

Condo rates: Winter: Oct 1-Dec 19 and Jan 4-May 31, $650 per night except holiday weeks; Summer: Jun 1-Sept 30, $450 per night; Holidays: Christmas and New Years weeks, $750 per night.
