MDA-74 - Los Muertos Beach Condo - This fully-furnished 3,100 sq. ft. luxury three bedroom condominium occupies part of the second tower on the 7th floor in the newest condominium on Los Muertos beach, approximately 200 feet from the ocean. Uniquely positioned directly on the beautiful sandy beach where the lush Rio Cuale pours into Banderas Bay, the owner chose this particular unit within the MDA Residences for both its high-floor, unobstructed beach and town views as well as its preferred overall layout and generous terraces.

A fantastic location in the heart Old Town/Zona Romantica and the high floor gives incomparable views of the ocean, the beach, the Malecon and the surrounding mountains. One bedrooms with king bed, one bedroom with a queen, and the smaller bedroom with a double bed and an extra pullout bed; 3 baths, central air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, satellite television, CD and DVD players, high speed WiFi (wireless internet), telephone, large balcony deck, complete laundry room, maid service two times per week, Tuesday and Saturday. Daily maid service available for additional fee $20.00 USD per day. Building with free assigned parking, 24 hour security, handicapped and wheelchair accessible (may have limitations). 

The interior design was by Amanda Aguirre with many luxury amenities including high definition star satellite TV that can be enjoyed on a plasma TV. TVs in bedrooms, DVD players, iPod docks are all included.

Condo features: Balcony with gorgeous city and bay views, elevator, common area ground-level heated pool, parking, fully furnished, jacuzzi in the master bathroom, kitchen with dishwasher, disposal, cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, blender, purified water system; washer and dryer, ceiling fans, satellite television, CD and DVD players, telephone, BBQ grill, wireless internet, alarm clock, hair dryer, safe in unit, iron and ironing board, linens, towels. Sleeps up to eight (8) guests. Smoking only outside, pets not allowed. Kid friendly.

Note: As with all MDA units, there is a $500 refundable security deposit (except for the penthouse units, with a $1000 deposit) due with the final payment which I hold for my clients in case of damages and sent back within a 7-10 days of departure. A 50% deposit is due within 5-6 days to hold your booking. Final payment/balance due at 35-45 days before arrival, except for holidays with final payment due at 60-65 days before arrival.

Rates: Winter: Nov 1-Dec 19 and Jan 4-Apr 30, $505.00 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $405.00 per night; Holiday: Dec 20-Jan 3, $605 per night. Taxes included in price. Please note that until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
