Condo features: Each of the three bedrooms has a king bed and private bath (one king bed can be split into two twins); balcony with city, mountain and bay views, BBQ grill, fully furnished, jacuzzi in the master bathroom, dishwasher, cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, blender, bottled water, washer and dryer, ceiling fans, cable television, DVD Player, telephone, Vonage (with unlimited calls to the USA and Canada), wireless internet, alarm clock, hair dryer, safe in unit, iron and ironing board, linens, towels. I-pod docking station in bedrooms and living room. No smoking. Kids allowed. Maid service twice (2 times) per week with additional cleaning upon request for an extra fee. MDA-86 condo sleeps up to six (6) guests maximum. The condominium complex has elevators, a large common area swimming pool and ample sundeck terrace area, and parking.

The master bedroom of approximately 660 sq. ft. has king bed, windows, a/c, 32" flat screen cable television, walk in closets, iPod alarm clock, ceiling fans, safe, and a small balcony approximately 50 square feet off the ensuite bathroom with South Side city, mountain and jungle views.

Second guest bedroom has approx. 306 square feet, king size bed, ceiling fans, air conditioning, 32" flat screen cable TV, closets, windows, iPdod alarm clock, ensuite bathroom with shower,  city and jungle views and a safe.

Smaller 3rd bedroom includes approximately 125 square feet, 2 single beds which can convert to a king bed, no windows, small closet, bathroom across the hall with shower, air conditioning, iPod docking system, ceiling fans, 32" flat screen television, safe, and sliding frosted glass doors for privacy.

Note: As with most Molino rental units, there is a $500 refundable security deposit due with the final payment which I hold for my clients in case of damages and send back within a 7-10 days of departure. A 50% initial deposit is due within 5-6 days to hold your booking. Final payment/balance is due at 35-45 days before arrival, except for the holidays when the final payment is due at 60-70 days before arrival. You may wish to consider purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself in the unlikely event of cancellation of your vacation.

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 1-Dec 15 and Jan 4-Apr 30, $425 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $335; Holiday weeks, Dec 16-Jan 3, $595 per night.
