MDA-83 - Los Muertos beach Eighth floor Condo - This luxurious beachfront condominium of 3,030 square feet (281 sq. meters) is located in the prestigious Residencias Molino de Agua in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, which has an excellent exclusive location right on Los Muertos Beach beside the Cuale River and is just a short stroll away from all that the charm that the South Side-Zona Romantica and downtown Puerto Vallarta has to offer such as world class dining, galleries and shopping and thrilling nightlife.

This ocean-front 8th floor three condo features lovely stone floors, is finely decorated with art and fine crafts, and opens onto stunning Banderas Bay and downtown Puerto Vallarta views on one side and green mountain views of the Sierra Madre on the other. This property features three bedrooms, two of them with ensuite baths; the master bedroom has a king bed and the second and third bedrooms with queen beds. The living room features a large flat screen television with surround sound system with DVD and CD players for your enjoyment. The fully equipped kitchen includes dish washer, cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, refrigerator, toaster and blender. Other condo amenities include ceiling fans throughout, cable television, wireless internet service and hair dryer.

The balcony features a spacious outdoor living area with a deluxe barbecue grill. Fantastic sweeping views await you in this luxurious condo rental, available for your next vacation in the tropical paradise of Puerto Vallarta. This non-smoking condo can accommodate up to six (6) guests. Children allowed; small pets may be allowed with approval. Maid service is once per week, additional service is available at a charge of 200 pesos.

The condominium complex offers an elevator, parking, common area with spacious heated infinity pool and a gated entry. The riverside garden area and an elevated sandy beach with a large sunning area combine with easy walking access to all of Puerto Vallarta attractions including art galleries, restaurants, the cathedral (Our Lady of Guadalupe church), Los Arcos amphitheater, the downtown malecon and more. The Los Muertos gay beach at the Blue and Green chairs is a short 9-11 minute stroll through the charming South Side.

Note: As with all MDA units, there is a $500 refundable security deposit due with the final payment which is held for clients in case of damages and sent back within a 7-10 days of departure. A 50% initial deposit is due within 5-6 days to hold your condo booking. Final payment/balance due at 35-40 days before arrival, except for holidays, which comes due at 60-65 days before arrival. Prices are quoted in US dollars, per night based on double occupancy, Mexican taxes included unless otherwise indicated. Rates are subject to change without notice. Client may want to consider the purchase of travel insurance to protect yourself in the unlikely event of cancellation or an unforeseen event.

Condo rates: Winter: November 1-December 19 and January 4-April 30, $555 per night; Summer: May 1-October 31, $390 per night; Holidays: Christmas and New Years weeks, December 20-January 3, $645 per night.
