Three private bedrooms: two master bedrooms and one small bedroom all with king size beds with sumptuous linens, and 3 full baths. Modern, sleek and luxurious with contemporary original Mexican art throughout the condominium.

This fully furnished ninth floor Puerto Vallarta condominium offers over 3,100 sq. ft. of luxury living and large terraces with huge cushioned couches and loungers for relaxing and entertaining. The marble covered patio and living areas overlook the Pacific sunsets, Sierra Madre Mountains, jungle, and downtown lights of Puerto Vallarta. One can watch the nightly fireworks from the terrace or dining and living rooms. Listen to music from the built-in surround sound stereo system while you wander through the condo and enjoy art and sculpture from some well known Mexican artists.

Condo and building features: Three bedrooms with king bed, pillow top beds, 3 baths (large whirlpool tub in master bath), central air with separate controls in each room, balcony with magnificent Puerto Vallarta city and bay views, elevator, common area heated pool, parking, fully furnished, jetted tub in the master bathroom, ceiling fans, four satellite televisions: one 52" LCD flat screen TV in the living area and one flat screen TV in each bedroom; CD-stereo system with iPod dock and surround sound on the terrace deck as well (3 i-pod docking stations in all), telephone, Vonage (unlimited calls to USA and Canada), DVD player, wireless internet and DSL, alarm clock, hair dryer, electronic safes in each bedroom, iron and ironing board, linens, towels. A fully equipped gourmet kitchen with service for 8 includes gas oven and stovetop, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops with island/bar; cooking necessities such as pots and pans, utensils, blender, mixer, toaster, mixing bowls, baking dishes. Barware includes martini shaker, wine and ice buckets, glassware, blender; entertainment items: bar glasses, serving trays, wine opener, champagne/wine corks; the refrigerator with ice maker, ice dispenser, purified water; coffee maker and coffee bean grinder (a "must have" to enjoy Mexican coffee!); dishwasher, microwave, ice maker (purified water intake), disposal, an outdoor barbeque area, washer and dryer. Sleeps up to six (6) guests with 3 king beds and 2 futons. Non-smoking unit please; pets are not allowed.

Note: As with all Puerto Vallarta MDA condo units, there is a $500.00 refundable security deposit (except for the penthouse condo units which have a $1000 security deposit) due with the final payment which I hold for my clients in case of damages and send back within a 7-10 days of departure. A 50% deposit is due within 5-6 days to hold your booking. Final payment/balance due at 35-45 days before arrival, except for holidays with final payment due at 60-65 days before arrival.

Rates: Winter: Nov 1-Dec 20 and Jan 4-Apr 30, $510 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $410 per night; Holiday: Dec 20-Jan 3, $590 per night.
