Just steps to shopping, beaches, dining and nightlife and with magnificent views of the Bay of Banderas, River Cuale, Sierra Madre Mountains and city lights!

Combining luxury with nature, condo MDA-101 offers an elevator right to your door; spacious infinity swimming pool, and gated ingress and egress entry. A riverside garden area and an elevated sandy beach with sunning area combine with easy walking access to all Puerto Vallarta attractions including art-walks, restaurants, cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe, los Arcos amphitheater, the downtown Malecon and much more. A short 10-12 minute walk to the Blue and Green chairs of the Puerto Vallarta gay beach. There is a large common area with heated pool and sundeck terrace with chaise lounges, wet bar area, beach chairs and table for the building guests.

By special arrangement Condo MDA-101 has been made available to select qualified guests. This luxury condominium is privately owned, hence student groups, bachelor parties, packaging general public groups or the like are not accepted. Kids over 13, adults preferred. No smoking inside please; and no pets. Limited wheelchair accessibility.

Condo features: Three bedrooms with 1 king and 2 queens, each with private bath (whirlpool tub in master bathroom); large wrap around balcony-deck with magnificent city and bay views, waterfront, elevator, common area heated pool and sundeck, parking, fully furnished, central air with separate controls for each room, purified water system, internet wireless, ceiling fans, the equipped kitchen includes blender, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, refrig, electric and gas oven, and ice maker; cable and satellite TV, CD and DVD players, Ipod station (Vonage line may soon be added), washer and dryer.

This luxury Puerto Vallarta condominium House man/Butler, six days a week except Sundays and Mexican holidays. His duties include: greetings, cleaning, personal shopper, luggage handling, serving cocktails, making beds/turn down, prepare continental breakfast and light lunch. Cook or chef may be available for more elaborate meals/dinners at an extra cost.

Note: As with all Puerto Vallarta MDA condo units, there is a $500.00 refundable security deposit (except for the penthouse condo units which have a $1000 security deposit) due with the final payment which I hold for my clients in case of damages and send back within a 7-10 days of departure. 

Rates: Winter: Nov 1-April 30, $650 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, 2010, $550 per night; Holidays, Christmas and New Years weeks: $750 per night
