This luxury condominium is privately owned, hence student groups, bachelor parties, packaging general public groups or the like are not accepted. Kids over 13, adults preferred. No smoking inside please; and no pets. Limited wheelchair accessibility. Bartenders, servers, cooks or chefs may be available for meals for an extra charge.

Condo prices: Winter: Nov 1-April 30, $650 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $450 per night; Holidays: Christmas and New Years weeks: $750 per night.
