MDA-206 - Los Muertos Beach Condo -  This pleasant second floor 3 bedroom, 3 bath Vallarta condominium vacation rental is located in the new gated Molino de Agua complex in one of the more perfect locations in Old Town in the heart of city and the Romantic Zone. The apartment provides some partial but splendid views of the Cuale River and area and Banderas Bay. Located in tower six, second floor with approximately 3,180 square feet or 295 square meters.

The upscale Molino beachfront complex offers guests the opportunity to be within walking distance of the world-famous Los Muertos beach, the Blue Chairs, and the downtown malecon (just a short 3-4 block walk  to the north) as well as many of the best Puerto Vallarta restaurants, trendy boutiques and shops and, well, just everything one could desire for a splendid, relaxing vacation in this tropical getaway.

Nicknamed Anahuacalli, or House by the Water, this attractive condo rental features two (2) master bedrooms with king bed and full bathrooms; and one smaller attractively decorated bedroom with two single beds that shares the washroom across the hallway, equipped with ceiling fans and a/c, fresh, comfortable and high quality bedding, and spacious closets with tempered glass doors. The main master bedroom features a jacuzzi and private terrace.

This lovely rental condo in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico features a modern gourmet kitchen, with counter-tops in granite, stainless steel appliances, oven, microwave, refrigerator with water filtration system and ice machine, pretty much everything needed to test your culinary skills if you like. Dining room and living area are surrounded by floor to top sliding windows, where you can enjoy the fresh air of the mountains with a hint of marine water, and with spacious areas finely decorated, marble floors in all rooms which highlights their exquisite colors and comfort in the furniture.

The pleasant 206 unit also features an airy terrace where you can appreciate and admire the different views of the river and ocean. Terrace includes beautiful comfortable furniture, the perfect place for a fresh cup of coffee in the morning or an iced margarita at sunset.

Condominium features: Oven, cooktop, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, blender, disposal, refrigerator, dishwasher, IPod Dock/CD/AM-FM radio, cable TV, telephone for local calls, ceiling fans throughout the unit, washer-dryer in the laundry room, purified water system, telescope, iron and ironing board, wireless internet, Vonage phone for long distance calls to the USA and Canada, safe, BBQ grill on the outside terrace, linens and towels. Maid service is two (2) times per seven day rental; extra service may be available, the tenants can pay for additional maid services should they require, around 350 pesos for four hours. Two king beds and two twins for a maximum of six (6) adult guests. One private parking space. Note: Check in time at 4pm; check out 11am.

The Molino condominium complex has an elevator bank in each of the five main towers, covered parking space, common grounds with a spacious heated infinity dipping pool and riverside tropical garden area with hammocks and palm trees, and an elevated sandy area for sun tanning, 24-hour daily security personnel, as well a gated entry. Easy walking distance to all of Vallarta attractions including relaxing cafes and fine restaurants, the art walk, PV downtown and more. The gay beach at the world renowned Blue Chairs on Los Muertos beach is a short 10-12 minute stroll through the charming South Side.

Note: As with most Molino condos there is a $500 refundable security deposit due with the final payment which is held for clients in case of damages and sent back within a week or so of departure. A 50% deposit is due within five to seven (5-7) days n order to hold your reservation. Final payment/balance due is normally at 35-45 days before arrival, except in the case of any holiday rentals, where it is due at 65-70 days before arrival.

Condo rates: Winter I: Nov 1-Dec 19, $435 per night; Winter II: Jan 4-Apr 30, $405 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $360 per night; Holiday weeks: Dec 20-Jan 3, $605 per night. There is a six (6) night minimum year round, except for holidays with a seven (7) night minimum. Taxes are included. (Prices as of May 2016.
