MDA-56 - Los Muertos Beach Condo - You will love and enjoy this stylishly appointed 5th floor three bedroom & three bath condominium with approximately 3,100 square feet of custom paint colors and a professionally designed interior. The tall glass doors open almost completely to the large ocean-front veranda with views of the swimming pool, river, Los Muertos beach, Banderas Bay and the Puerto Vallarta downtown and hotel district. The view is stunning and there is no other property like this, situated on the corner where both the Cuale river and the ocean meet, only two to three minutes from Old Town Square and Los Arcos ampitheater. This terrace affords day or nighttime lounging beside a glistening sea as well as dining to spectacular sunsets and vistas while the lights of Puerto Vallarta twinkle throughout the evening.

Sleeping arrangements are available for up to six to eight (6-8) registered guests maximum. There are two master suites, one with king bed and the second with a queen bed. The third guest bedroom also has a queen sized bed. Two extra twin size beds are features hidden in two comfortable ottomans located in the extra-large master suite and they can be utilized anywhere, including the veranda, for a dreamy night under the starry sky.

The new, modern condo amenities include a well-equipped modern kitchen with granite center island. Appliances include a new convection oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave oven, gas stove, frig with ice maker and water filter system, coffee brewer, tropical fruit blender and wine chiller. Purified drinking water flows from all luxury condo taps. In addition to the free long distance to the Mexico, US, Canada this luxurious condo also offers the latest electronics plus wireless internet: in the living room area a large screen, high-definition TV with surround sound broadcasts using US cable and a stereo system that conveniently includes iPod or MP3 player hook-ups.

All rooms feature Wi-Fi wireless internet connection service. A safe is provided for passports and any valuables. The master bedroom bath features a large jacuzzi tub for a romantic evening or just relaxing by candlelight with a bottle of your favorite wine or champagne. In addition to our fan system in nearly every room we also offer an optimum air conditioning system: All rooms are served by a large eight ton quiet, modern, private, built-in, fan and coil air conditioning system with dehumidification capabilities. Separate temperature controls are found in each room. A separate laundry room is offered with full size washer and dryer along with other necessities such as pool toys. This fully-furnished, luxury condo-suite includes luxury mattresses, towels and bed linens. Kitchenware and dining sets are provided for up to sixteen.

Condominium features: Three bedrooms, each with private bath, have one king bed and 2 queen beds total, plus 2 extra pullout twin beds, so the condo can accommodate up to six to eight (6-8) guests; balcony with beach, city, mountain and bay views, fully furnished, jacuzzi in the master bathroom, full kitchen with dishwasher, disposal, cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and a blender, bottled water, washer and dryer, purified water system, CD and DVD players, ceiling fans, cable TV, telephone, Vonage (unlimited calls to the USA and Canada), internet dial up, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, linens, towels. Non-smoking unit. Maid service is Tuesday and Thursday in this condo unit; extra service for approx $25 USD per day. Pets allowed.

This Puerto Vallarta Molino condominium complex offers an elevator to your door, free parking, spacious heated infinity swimming pool, round the clock security and a gated entry. A riverside garden area and an elevated sandy beach with a large sunning area combine with easy walking access to all of Puerto Vallarta attractions including art-walks, restaurants and shopping, the downtown malecon and more. The Los Muertos Puerto Vallarta gay beach at the Blue and Green chairs is a short 10-12 minute stroll through the charming South Side.

Note: As with all Puerto Vallarta MDA units, there is a $500 refundable security deposit due with the final payment which is held for clients in case of damages and sent back within a week or so of departure. A 50% deposit is due within five-seven (5-7) days to hold your rental reservation. Final payment/balance due at 35-45 days before arrival, except for holiday rentals which are due at sixty-five to seventy (65-70) days before your arrival.

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 1-Dec 19 and Jan 4-Apr 30, $495 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $395 per night; Holiday weeks: Dec 20-Jan 3, $595 per night. Taxes included in price.
