The condominium was recently renovated and painted, with new floors and a new kitchen. Four (4) guests maximum.

Condo building with security gate and reception desk, elevator, English speaking staff available during the day and early evening, popular beach front restaurant, and a common area heated dipping pool (Nov-May) and sun deck terrace with lovely beach and ocean views. Daily maid service except for Sunday and Mexican holidays.
