Two bedrooms with king bed and two doubles, two baths, cable television, CD player, overhead ceiling fans, wired for high speed DSL and also has a wireless modem, DVD player, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in bedrooms, purified drinking water, telephone, and a balcony with lovely ocean and beach views of all Banderas Bay. A larger unit, approximately 1,200 square feet. Non-smoking unit; no pets. This El Dorado condo can sleep up to six (6) guests maximum.

Condo building with common area dipping pool and a two level sun deck terrace with brilliant ocean views, security gate and reception desk, elevator, English speaking staff available during the day and early evening, popular beachfront restaurant. Daily maid service except for Sunday and Mexican holidays. Short stroll to South Side, restaurants, Puerto Vallarta gay nightlife, shopping and a quick 2-3 minute walk to the Blue and Green chairs gay beach area. 

Condos ED-13, ED-41, ED-51 and ED-53 are all non-smoking, including the balconies. All public areas of the building are now non-smoking with the exception of the pool area and the lower deck. No cigars or pipes are allowed in any public area. The pool is heated from November 1-May 1 each year.

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 16-Apr 15, $230.00 per night, except holidays; Summer: Apr 15-Nov 15, $165.00 per night; Holidays, Saturday before Christmas until Saturday after New Years, $265.00 per night.
