ED-12   Los Muertos beach Condo - First level ocean front condo in the El Dorado.  One bedroom with king bed, bath with tub and shower, cable television, CD-mp3 player, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, DVD player, air conditioning in bedroom, iron and ironing board, spacious living and dining area opening onto a balcony with some nice partial ocean and beach view (common area terrace and pool is in front of the condo balcony, so it's partial view). Smoking outside only. Approximately 900 square feet. Note: This unit either requires a $350 refundable security deposit sent with the final payment, or else the client has to fill out and sign a Damage Deposit Form and provide a copy of their credit card upon arrival. Should any damages occur, the credit card will be charged for the total amount of the damages.

Condo building with common area dipping pool (heated from Nov 1-May 1) and sun deck terrace with brilliant ocean views, security gate and reception desk, elevator, English speaking staff available during the day and early evening, popular beach front restaurant. Daily maid service except for Sunday and Mexican holidays. Short stroll to South Side bars, restaurants, shopping and 2-3 minutes to the Blue and Green chairs beach area. All public areas of the building are now non-smoking with the exception of the pool area and the lower deck. No cigars or pipes are allowed in any public area. The pool is heated from Nov 1-May 1 each year. Two (2) people maximum. Five (5) night minimum, except holidays with seven (7) nights min.

Winter: Nov 1-Dec 19 and Jan 4-Apr 30, $129 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $88 per night; Holidays: Dec 20-Jan 3, $163 per night. Note: Until confirmation of your reservation, any prices posted may be subject to change.
