ED-12   Los Muertos beach Condo - First level ocean front condo in the El Dorado.  One bedroom with king bed, bath with tub and shower, cable-satellite television, CD-mp3 player, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, coffee maker and blender, air conditioning in bedroom, iron and ironing board, spacious living and dining area opening onto a balcony with some nice partial ocean and beach view (common area terrace and pool is in front of the condo balcony, so it's partial view). A non-smoking condominium, thanks. Approximately 900 square feet. Note: This unit either requires a $350 refundable security deposit sent with the final payment, or else the client has to fill out and sign a Damage Deposit Form and provide a copy of their credit card upon arrival. Should any damages occur, the credit card will be charged for the total amount of the damages.

Condo building with common area dipping pool and sun deck terrace with brilliant ocean and beach views, security gate and reception desk, elevator, English speaking staff available during the day and early evening, and a popular beach front restaurant. Daily maid service except for Sunday and Mexican holidays. El Dorado condominiums are very centrally located so it's a short walk or taxi to all South Side fine restaurants, relaxing cafes and stores, the lively gay Puerto Vallarta nightlife of bars, lounges and clubs, and a short two blocks to the the gay beach at the well known Blue and Green chairs.

All public areas of the ED condo building are now non-smoking with the exception of the lower deck and the pool area. No pipes or cigars are allowed in any of the public areas. The dipping pool is heated from November 1-May 1 each year. Two (2) guests maximum in this one bedroom condo. Five (5) night minimum, except holidays with seven (7) nights minimum.

Condominium rates: Winter: Nov 1-Dec 19 and Jan 4-Apr 30, $129 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $88 per night; Christmas and New Years holiday weeks: Dec 20-Jan 3, $163 per night. (Note: Until confirmation of your reservation, any vacation rental prices posted on this site may be subject to change.)
