One of Vallarta's loveliest beach front properties, the villa features fully equipped kitchen with gourmet appliances, living and dining areas with balconies and ocean views, two brick vaulted ceilings, gas burning fireplace, hand carved stone fountains, re-circulating hot water, enclosed garage, satellite television, elevator to the beach, sound system, telephone, wireless high speed Internet and facsimile, laundry room, an in-house water purification system and 4.5 baths with hand made ceramic tiles or Mexican marble. This lovely villa's heated infinity pool blends harmoniously with the striking blues of the ocean and sky. The crescent-shaped terrace finished in Mexican tile provides ample space for relaxing and sun bathing, with lovely views of Banderas Bay. King beds in the three main bedrooms upstairs, all of which have their own balcony with ocean view, and a queen and double bed in the apartment downstairs; all with a/c, TV and VCR. Situated next door to the VMB-7 and the two properties can be rented together.
Staff includes maid for daily service, gardener, houseman who speaks English and the chef who can prepare up to two meals a day. Staff is off on Sunday unless other arrangements are made. May be rented as a 3 or 4 bedroom villa. Minimum five (5) night rental, seven (7) nights during holiday seasons. Sleeps six to eight (6-8) guests. One mile drive to the main South Side beach, shopping and dining area.
