VMB-3  Lower Conchas Chinas villa - Located on Conchas Chinas beach with nearly 5,000 sq. ft. of living space, this luxury beach-front Puerto Vallarta villa has three air conditioned bedrooms and three full baths and one half bath, with hand made ceramic tiles or Mexican marble. Floors and patios are tiled with hand made pavers. The living and dining areas of the villa are separated by a see-through fireplace with a unique hammered steel chimney. Villa features fully equipped gourmet kitchen with commercial range and limestone counters, heated infinity pool, fireplaces, stone fountains, satellite TV, DVD, a high quality sound system, Vonage phone system for free calls to the US and Canada, fax, and high speed internet, enclosed parking.

All Marea Baja rooms are large and airy and open to the sea. Beautifully furnished with antiques and an eclectic mix of pieces from Mexico, Central America and Indonesia. The crescent-shaped terrace finished in Mexican tile provides ample space for relaxing and sun bathing, with splendid views of Banderas Bay. This lovely villa's infinity pool blends harmoniously with the striking blues of the ocean and sky. Also for your comfort and convenience are fax, full laundry facilities and an in-house water purification system. All villa bedrooms have king bed and air conditioning.

This luxurious Puerto Vallarta villa has a full staff that includes houseman, gardener, manager who speaks English and the cook who can prepare up to two meals a day. All staff is off on Sundays and holidays unless other arrangements are made. Sleeps up to six (6) guests maximum. A short taxi ride to a wide variety of South Side restaurants, relaxing cafes and fun shopping, and the world famous Puerto Vallarta Blue Chairs gay beach. Usually a five (5) night minimum rental.

Villa rates: Winter: Nov 1-Dec 18 and Jan 5-Apr 29, $1,050 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $800 per night; Christmas/New Years weeks: Dec 19-Jan 4, $1,500 per night.
