One bedroom with queen bed, fully air conditioned, cable television, ceiling fans, fully equipped and recently remodeled kitchen, stereo with CD player, pleasantly decorated, safe for valuables, balcony with very nice city, mountain and partial ocean/Los Muertos beach view looking to the south. Maximum of two (2) persons, and a minimum seven (7) night rental in high season. No pets.  

Beach-front condominium building with elevator, reception desk and 24 hour reception-security, a common area roof-top dipping pool and sundeck terrace with great views, wireless internet, maid service three times a week (extra service may be available), laundry room and BBQ grill on the rooftop, and a popular palapa-roofed beachfront restaurant Los Burros. A quieter building. Short stroll to all South Side stores, restaurants, and relaxing cafes, the lively Puerto Vallarta gay nightlife of bars, lounges and clubs, and the gay beach on Los Muertos beach. Usually rents Saturday to Saturday only during the winter tourist season.

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, $185 per night ; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $120 per night ; Holidays: Christmas and New years weeks, $200 per night. (Note: Until confirmed, rates may be subject to change without notice.)
