One bedroom with king bed, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, blender and coffee maker, cable television, ceiling fans, air conditioning in bedroom and living room, CD player, balcony with pleasant ocean and Los Muertos beach view; a quieter building. As in all Plazamar units, fully air conditioned, with a/c unit in the bedroom and another in the living area.

Condo building with common area rooftop heated dipping pool and sundeck terrace, elevator, 24 hour reception-security, high speed wireless, laundry room and BBQ grill on rooftop, and a palapa-roofed beach-front restaurant. Short walk to all South Side bars, restaurants and shopping and the Puerto Vallarta gay beach at the Blue Chairs. The downtown malecon boardwalk is only a 5-6 minute walk away. Usually prefers Saturday to Saturday during the high season winter months, Nov 1-Apr 30.
