One bedroom with king bed, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, blender and coffee maker, cable television, ceiling fans, air conditioning in bedroom and living room, CD player, balcony with pleasant ocean and Los Muertos beach view. No VCR. As in all Plazamar units, fully air conditioned, with a/c unit in the bedroom and another in the living area.

Condo building with high speed wireless internet, common area rooftop dipping pool and sundeck terrace, maid service three times a week, 24 hour reception-security, elevator, a laundry room and BBQ grill on the rooftop, and a fun palapa roofed beach-front restaurant. Short stroll from all South Side restaurants, shops and cafes, the lively Puerto Vallarta gay nightclubs and the Blue chairs gay beach.
