An extra large bedroom with king bed and sitting area, walk in closets, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, very nicely decorated, ceramic tile bath/shower, DVD/VCR combo, cable television, CD/cassette player, purified bottled water, ceiling fans, and an ocean front terrace with full Bay and Los Muertos beach view. Clients can lock their valuables in a closet with a keyed lock and the key is on the key set. As in all Plazamar units, fully air conditioned, with a/c unit in the bedroom and another in the living area. Condominium approximately 990 square feet.

Condo building with high speed wireless internet, common area rooftop dipping pool and sundeck terrace, maid service three times a week, 24 hour reception-security, elevator, a laundry room and BBQ grill on the rooftop, and a fun palapa roofed beach-front restaurant.
