VVI-10  Lower Conchas Chinas villa - This incredible and spacious hacienda style villa, La Villita, is located less than one block from the Conchas Chinas beach. Mixing tropical brights with native tile and stonework, there are long terraces on all levels that run the length of the villa, including an upper sun deck with its palapa covered wet bar and panoramic views of Banderas Bay. This beautiful house has ten bedrooms, eight of which are located in the main section of the house; the other two bedrooms are suites (casitas) attached to the house, each with its own kitchenette. The large, private heated pool has a natural stone waterfall and a sundeck terrace. The master suite, encompassing an entire upper floor, has its own separate outdoor jacuzzi, media room and private 100 foot terrace. Over 11,000 square feet of lovely Mexican architecture of wooden beams and terra cotta tiled floors makes this a perfect vacation hideaway. This lovely vacation rental has cable television, CD and DVD players, and a built-in poolside BBQ. Seven bedrooms have air conditioning and there are overhead fans in all rooms. Located a short taxi ride from the vibrant South Side and downtown Vallarta.

Villa features: Six bedrooms with king bed, 3 with twin size beds, and 1 bedroom with queen bed, each with private bath. Eight bedrooms in the main house and the two suites (casitas) with kitchenette; large master suite that occupies one entire floor with private splash pool; ample sized heated swimming pool with waterfall; poolside BBQ and dining area; expansive terraces; fully landscaped; covered parking for 6 cars; two minute walk to Conchas Chinas beach.

Can be rented as a 5 to 10 bedroom villa. Check in after 3pm and check out is 11:30am from bedrooms and 1pm from house. Staff includes maid, houseman, gardener, English speaking manager and a cook who can prepare two meals a day: breakfast and lunch or dinner if desired. Maximum of twenty (20) guests.

Special: May through October summer special: Stay 7 nights and only pay for 6 nights!

Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, 5/6/7/8/9/10 bedrooms: $1250/$1450/$1600/$1750/$1900/$2050 per night, plus 15% tax. Staff gratuities are not included.
Summer: May 1-Oct 31, 5/6/7/8/9/10 bedrooms: $975/$1088/$1200/$1313/$1425/$1538 per night plus 15% tax.
Christmas and New Years: $2500 per night, plus 15% tax
Special event fees like weddings and birthday parties, $1500 USD, maximum 60 people.

A 50% deposit due at the time of reservation; final payment at 60-70 days prior to arrival. If the booking dates is less than 60 days before arrival, 100% is paid at booking. A 60 day notice for cancellation for refund, less 20% handling fee. Refundable security deposit. Holiday rates are non-refundable.
