Set on a knoll overlooking the South Shores of Banderas Bay it has lovely views of lush covered mountains and the beautiful bay. The villa offers two master suites, each with king size beds. Both rooms are air-conditioned and have overhead fans. Bathrooms are spacious with double sinks, tile and plants and interior gardens. The living room, dining room and one of the master suites overlook the bay. Amenities include a large screen TV, DirecTV, CD and DVD with a library of movies. Bose ½ speakers are installed inside and out. The property emphases the ocean view, but includes details like vaulted ceilings and ceramic tile work.

The lower level features a heated infinity pool overlooking the jungle and the Pacific. Stunning sunsets. Secluded. Sleeps two to four (2-4) people.
