CST-2  Upper Conchas Chinas villa - This charming two bedroom, two bath Puerto Vallarta villa is located on a quiet cul de sac on the hillside in exclusive Conchas Chinas. Set on a knoll overlooking the South Shores of Banderas Bay it has lovely views of lush covered mountains and the beautiful bay. The villa offers two master suites, each with king size beds. Both rooms are air-conditioned and have overhead fans. Bathrooms are spacious with double sinks, tile and plants and interior gardens. The living room, dining room and one of the master suites overlook the bay. Amenities include a large screen TV, DSL and wireless internet, DirecTV, CD and DVD with a library of movies. Bose ½ speakers are installed inside and out. This Puerto Vallarta luxurious villa property emphases the ocean view, but includes details like vaulted ceilings and ceramic tile work. There is also a safe, not huge but sufficient for some jewelry and money, that is key operated (Cristina has the key) and located in the storage area underneath the sink in the first bathroom.

The lower level features a heated infinity pool overlooking the jungle and the Pacific. Stunning sunsets. Secluded. Sleeps two to four (2-4) people.

Cook is included in the rental, for up to two meals per day; hand-made margaritas, restaurant-quality food. Low-fat, low-carb on request. Friendly cook/housekeeper Cristina will cater to your every need and yet provide all the privacy desired. $400 security deposit. Five (5) night minimum, except seven (7) nights during holidays. Note: For this luxury villa, standard good tipping for staff would be $8-10 per day per guest, to be distributed among staff members. Please plan accordingly.
