The casita/villa is set in an exclusive enclave of homes with a 24 hour guarded gate. It is surrounded by the lush landscaping of the Garza Blanca region and is the perfect villa for a quiet getaway. The casita's private pool is heated and the large patio offers a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the sunshine as well as offering a great vantage point to watch the incredible sunsets over the ocean.
Elegant and comfortable, the casita is located five miles south of Puerto Vallarta. Its spacious furnishings have a Mexican style flair. Guests appreciate the attention to detail that is evident throughout the interiors. The living and dining areas open to the terrace and memorable views. Each bedroom is air-conditioned, with television and en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom opens to a private terrace with a Jacuzzi.
the casita/villa is located five miles south of the restaurants and shopping of Puerto Vallarta and overlooks the beautiful Playa Garza beach. All bedrooms have cable television, private bath and air conditioning. There are ceiling fans throughout. Two bay view terraces, one with a pool and the other with a jacuzzi. Large kitchen and dining room with a small patio off the kitchen with built in BBQ. Daily maid service. Beds are a king, queen and two twins. Beach access north of the villa or else at the nearby hotels. The beach, pool and tennis courts of The Presidente Hotel are a short walk away. Additional charge for cook.
