Two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with two singles, each with their own bath with shower, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, bottled water and a purified water system. A fashionably decorated beach condo with cable television in living room, CD and DVD players, iPod docking station, ceiling fans, air conditioning in the two bedrooms, an iron and ironing board, alarm clock, hair dryer, and the living and dining areas opening onto wrap around terrace balcony with beautiful panoramic beach, mountain and bay views. Smoking outside only. Kids allowed; no pets. Sleeps up to four (4) persons. Around 1,100 square feet. Note: This luxury condo has a $300-400 refundable security deposit payable with the final payment and returned within a week of departure.

Stroll along Los Muertos beach and then cross the popular pedestrian bridge to the malecon boardwalk of the Puerto Vallarta el Centro downtown area.

Condo Rates: Winter: November 1-April 30, $265 per night, except holidays; Summer: June 1-October 31, $185 per night; Holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years weeks, $327 per night.  (Rates may be subject to change without notice until confirmed)
