Two bedrooms, both with king beds and private baths, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, coffee maker and blender, satellite TV in the living room and both bedrooms, ceiling fans, CD and DVD players, wireless internet, air conditioning in bedrooms, iron and ironing board, safe in unit, balcony with beautiful bay and beach view. Recently totally remodeled and very nicely decorated with plenty of native and original art work; certainly one of the nicer condominiums on the beach. Approximately 900 square feet. Smoking ok; pets not allowed. Sleeps four (4) guests maximum. 

Condo building with staff of 15, elevator, maid service, maid service six days per week (except Sunday and Mexican holidays), large common heated rooftop pool and terrace sundeck area with panoramic views of Vallarta and Banderas Bay, 24 hour reception desk and security, and one of Vallarta's most popular beachfront restaurants. La Palapa condos are very centrally located so it's a short walk or taxi to all South Side relaxing sidewalk cafes, fine restaurants and stores, lively Puerto Vallarta gay nightlife and a short two blocks to the the well known Blue chairs gay beach area. Stroll along Los Muertos beach and then cross the popular pedestrian bridge to the Puerto Vallarta malecon boardwalk in the downtown area. Owners request a $2-3 gratuity tip per day per guest to the maid.

Condo rates: Winter: November 1-December 17 and January 4-April 30, $250.00 per night; Summer: May 1-October 31, $185.00 per night; Holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years weeks, $285 per night. (Rates are subject to change without notice and until confirmed)
