La Palapa condos are quite centrally located so it's a short walk or taxi to all South Side relaxing sidewalk cafes, stores, fine dining spots and the lively Puerto Vallarta gay nightlife of bars, cantinas and clubs. A short 2 blocks to the the well known gay beach at the Blue and Green chairs. Stroll along Los Muertos beach and then cross the popular new pedestrian bridge to the Puerto Vallarta malecon downtown.

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 1-Dec 20 and Jan 4-Apr 30, $310 per night except for holiday weeks and February; Holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years weeks, and the month of Feb with seven (7) night minimum, $335-340 per night.
