A magnificent 14,000 sqaure foot villa perched
on the hillside above the coast and situated on an acre of waterfront property
surrounded by a lush tropical garden and a massive brick wall for privacy.
With ten spacious bedrooms and marble baths, this estate has been host
to celebrities and dignitaries from around the world and is considered
one of the "showplaces" of Puerto Vallarta. Truly spectacular views of
Banderas Bay from every room. The grand 20' x 40' swimming pool, sun deck,
and an outdoor palapa bar that can seat 25 guests makes this villa ideal
for accommodating large groups. The stainless steel and marble kitchen
is governed under strict American standards. The villa is secluded, yet
just a short walk to town for all the shops and exciting nightlife. The
spacious living room is 35' x 55' and has games, TV, stereo CD player and
a large video library. The gym has up-to-date equipment, including a 6-station
universal machine, treadmill, press bench and free weights. The estate
has its own 30,000 gallon reservoir and purification system. Maximum occupancy
of twenty (20) persons. All bedrooms have two queen beds except for rooms
1, 4, and 10, which have one king. Staff includes three housemen, two maids,
two gardeners, two chefs and a laundress. Direct access to Vallarta's principle
beach, Playa de los Muertos, and a 2-3 minute walk to the gay beach.
Six bedroom for four nights min, Apr-Dec; seven bedroom for four nights
min, Jan-Mar. No longer accommodates parties/celebrations, the villa is
not set up for weddings and large events. There is a $700.00 refundable
security and phone deposit.
Spa Services — Exclusively for Villa
Guests. At your request, Puerto Vallarta’s foremost spa therapist and Pilates
expert, Marcelo Mico, will bring his staff and complete services to you
at the villa. Enjoy massage, aerobics, manicure/pedicure, yoga, and Pilates
in the garden, at pool side, on your balcony, or in the seclusion of your
private room. You may select from among Marcelo’s standard services, or
have him design a custom program to meet your individual needs and preferences.
Cancellation: prior to 120
days: 80% of deposit is refundable. Prior to 90 days: 40% of deposit is
refundable. After 90 days, no refund, unless the Villa is rebooked for
the EXACT period and occupancy rate canceled.

Bedroom 7. “Tortuga”, the Turtle
Room, is another of our three Jungle Rooms (6,7 and 8),
detached from the main Villa. Wonderful
view of the Bay of Banderas. Covered terrace.
Two queen-sized beds in each.
Bedroom 9 in La Casita (which has
bedrooms 9 and 10), a charming separate
guest house closer to the beach.
Very open to nature. Spectacular view of Vallarta,
Banderas Bay and the beach. Large
wrap-around balcony. Two Queen-size beds.
Bedroom 10 with king bed.
